Irmos: Lying in the abyss of sin, I invoke the abyss of Thy unfathomable mercy: from aphids, O God, lift me up.

To the Sweetest Jesus:

My Jesus Christ, most merciful, when I confess, receive me, O Master, O Jesus, and save me, and from aphids, O Jesus, snatch me away.

My Jesus, no one was a fornicator, like I, a passionate Jesus, more loving than mankind: but You, Jesus, save me.

O my Jesus, the harlot and the harlot, and Manasseh and the tax collector, O my Jesus, I have slain by the passions, and the thief, O Jesus, and the Ninevites.

Theotokos: You who gave birth to my Jesus Christ, the Most Pure Virgin, the only undefiled one, now cleanse me with the hyssop of your prayers.

Most Holy Theotokos:

As if He saved death and aphids, He Himself gave birth to death, corruption and death is my former nature; Virgin, pray to the Lord and Thy Son, to deliver me from the enemies of crime.

We are Your representative of life and your steadfast guardian, O Virgin, and I solve rumors of misfortunes and drive away taxes from demons; and I always pray to deliver me from the aphids of my passions.

Like a wall of refuge for money-grubbers and all-perfect salvation of souls, and space in sorrow, O Young Lady, we always rejoice in Your enlightenment; Oh, Lady, save us now from passions and troubles.

I now lie on my bed sick, and there is no healing for my flesh; but, God and Savior of the world, and the Savior of illnesses, I pray to You, O Good One: raise me from aphids and illnesses.

To the Guardian Angel:

Free me from all misfortunes and save me from sorrows, I pray to you, holy Angel, given to me by God, my good guardian.

Illuminate my mind, O blessed one, and enlighten me, I pray to you, holy Angel, and always instruct me to think usefully.

Glory: Tidy my heart from real rebellion and be vigilant, strengthen me in good things, my guardian, and guide me wonderfully to the silence of animals.

And now: The Word of God dwells in You, Mother of God, and man shows You the heavenly ladder: For through You the Most High has come down to us.

Lord, have mercy. (Thrice.)

Glory, even now: And honor the akathist:
