The prayer was approved at the meeting of the Holy Synod on December 29, 2022 (magazine No. 131)

Lord Jesus Christ our God, through the prayers of our All-Pure Lady Theotokos and Ever-Virgin Mary, by the power of the honorable and life-giving Cross, by the intercession of the honorable heavenly ethereal Powers, holy doctors and healers: the Apostle and Evangelist Luke, the holy wonderworkers and unmercenaries Cyrus and John, Cosmas and Damian, the holy great martyr Panteleimon and his teacher Ermolai, Venerable Agapit of Pechersk, saint of the Crimean land and confessor Luke, heal Thy warrior [name], wounded on the battlefield with wounds, console him with hope in You and strengthen him with the Orthodox faith.

Hear, O Lord, Lover of Mankind, the sighs of his kinsman. Yes, having risen from the bed of illness, he will serve and work for You until the end of his life and glorify You, who heals and heals everything, together with the Father and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
