On the Sabbath at the Great Vespers, on the Lord I called out, stichera of Resurrection.
By Thy holy Word, O Lord, Thou hast confounded the devil, and by Thy Resurrection Thou hast dulled the sharpness of sin, and hast raised us from the gates of death: we glorify Thee, O Only-Begotten.
Ovele chuvye čúdo, nevidimyh sodeľtěl', za čl̆věkolub'jije plótiju postрадav', voskrěs'e besměrtny. Príidite uvečtevi︠e︡t'i, ŭteč'eivi︠a︡ kyu︠a︡, tom'u poklonim'se: blagoutrobi︠e︡mъ bo i︠e︡gvoj obiva'vles', v triěkh' v̆postas'ěh' i︠e︡dinýga bg̃a pěti navičoхom'.
And these stichera of the Annolation, of the same tone.
Evening prayer we offer thee, O Unceasing Light, at the end of the ages, because in the mirror of the flesh Thou didst appear to the world, and even below into hell, there shattering the power of darkness, Thou didst show forth light by Thy resurrection: O Giving of Light, glory to Thee.
Beggar of the Spasëvnic, O Glorious Jesus Christ: for He hath raised up the dead, and the world was delivered from delusion. The angelic host rejoiceth, the demons flee from delusion, Adam riseth from his fall, and the devil is confounded.
O Lord, who in custody was taught by the lawless, cover Thy Son's uprising, and receive the silverlings, and say to those sleeping: "He that is dead was stolen from the grave." Who hath seen, who hath heard when the dead was stolen, more than anointed and naked, leaving behind her in the grave a burial garment. Do not be deceived by the Jews; learn their sayings prophesied, and understand: "This is truly the Saviour of the world, and almighty."
O Lord, who dost enslave and hast power over death, save us by thy mercy, enlightening the world with thy glorious light, have mercy on us.
Glory, and honour, now, to the Theotokos:
In the dark sea, unapproachable brides, a likeness was written sometimes: there Moses, divider of waters; here however, Gabriel, minister of wonders. Then in depths he journeyed immortal Ilia: now however, Emmanuel's birth without seed. The sea remained impassable after Ilia's passing: immaculate by circumcision Emanuileva remained uncorrupted. Thou who art and wast before, reveal Thyself as a man; but have mercy on us.
