Irmos: I did not serve the creation of the Divine Wisdom more than the Creator, but I bravely overcame the fiery rebuke, singing with joy: O venerable father, Lord and God, blessed art thou.

Most Holy Lady Theotokos, hear the prayer of Your servants praying to You.

All the fathers, both past and present, have given inordinate honor to this icon of Your Divine, Most Immaculate, Most Righteous: for you have been honored with great honor.

Most Holy Lady Theotokos, hear the prayer of Your servants praying to You.

Thy Divine Icon, Most Immaculate, has been honored with great grace, for it is clear before her that Thy songs are intended first to shout out Thy good will. Moreover, we bow to this duty with love.

Glory: We do not idolize Your icon, Most Pure One, as they slander us, but rather we honor, Most Immaculate One, rejoicing, kissing it in honor, Your servants, now and forever.

And now: With You, Most Holy One, we do not cease to honor the glorious Gabriel, who has now taught us Your song, even before You, crying out to You: Rejoice, O Blessed One.

Save Thy servants from troubles, Mother of God, for we all, according to God, resort to Thee, as for the unbreakable wall and intercession (bow).
