Confess to the Lord that He is good, for His mercy endures forever. Let the Lord speak of deliverance, and deliver them from the hand of the enemy and from the countries that have gathered them together, from the east and the west, and the north, and the sea. Having gotten lost in the waterless desert, I have not found the way of the habitable city. Hungering and thirsty, their soul disappeared within them. And I cried out to the Lord, never to afflict them, and deliver them from their needs, and guide me on the right path, to bring them into the habitable city. Let the Lord confess His mercies and His miracles to the sons of man, for He has satisfied the empty soul and filled the hungry soul with good things. They sit in darkness and the shadow of death, bound by poverty and iron, as if they have irritated the word of God and the advice of the Most High. And humble their hearts in their labors, and become weary, and do not help. And I cried out to the Lord, without ever afflicting them, and I saved them from their needs, and I brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and I tore their chains to pieces. Let the Lord confess His mercies and His miracles to the sons of man, for He has broken the gates of bronze and broken the ropes of iron.
I will accept their iniquity from the path, for I have humbled myself for the iniquity for my own sake. Their souls abhorred every waste, and drew near to the gates of death. And I cried out to the Lord, when I was in trouble, and saved them from their needs, I sent my Word and healed them, and delivered them from their corruptions. Let the Lord confess His mercies and His miracles to the sons of man, and let Him devour the sacrifice of praise, and let His deeds be proclaimed in joy. Those who go down to the sea in ships, who do works in many waters, you see the works of the Lord and His wonders in the depths. Speech, and a hundred spirit is stormy, and its ascending waves ascend to the heavens and descend to the abyss, their soul melts in the evil ones: confused, moving, like a drunken man, and all their wisdom is quickly swallowed up. And I called to the Lord, never causing them sorrow, and I took them out of their needs, and commanded the storm, and made it quiet, and silenced its waves. And I rejoiced, as if I had fallen silent, and instructed me in the refuge of my desires.
Let the Lord confess His mercies and His miracles to the sons of man: let them lift Him up in the churches of men, and let the elders praise Him in their seats. He made the rivers in the wilderness, and the flowing out of waters into thirst, and the fruitful land into weakness, because of the wickedness of those who dwell on it. He made the desert for the watery lake, and the arid land for the watery river. And the hungry people inhabited it, and formed inhabited cities, and inhabited villages, and planted vineyards, and produced fruit of life. And I blessed, and multiplied greatly, and the cattle did not diminish them. And I lost my mind and became embittered from the grief of evil and illness. I poured out humiliation on their princes, and deceived me in the impassable way, and not in the way. And help the poor from poverty and lay them down like sheep of the fatherland. They will see justice and rejoice, and all iniquity will stop its mouth. Who is wise and will preserve this? And they will understand the mercies of the Lord. Glorify the Lord, for He is good, for His mercy is eternal!
Let those who are redeemed by the Lord say this, whom He delivered from the hand of the enemy, and He gathered them from all sides, from the east, and the west, and the north, and the southern sea. They wandered in the waterless desert, they did not find the way to the crowded city; They endured hunger and thirst, their souls were exhausted. But they cried out to the Lord in their sorrow, and He delivered them from their troubles; And he directed them on a straight path, so that they could enter the crowded city. Let them glorify the Lord for His mercies and His miracles shown to the sons of men! For He has fed the souls of the thirsty, He has filled the souls of the hungry with good things. Those sitting in darkness and the shadow of death, in the shackles of sorrow and iron; But they resisted the words of God and rejected the commandments of the Most High. And their hearts were humbled in their labors, they were exhausted, and there was no help for them. And they cried out to the Lord in their sorrow, and He delivered them from their troubles; And He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and broke their bonds, May they glorify the Lord for His mercies and His miracles shown to the sons of men! For He broke in pieces the gates of bronze and broke the pillars of iron. He led them away from the path of iniquity; for they suffered humiliation for their iniquities.
Their souls did not take food, and they approached the gates of death; But they cried out to the Lord in their sorrow, and He delivered them from their troubles; He sent His word and healed them, delivered them from destruction. May they glorify the Lord for His mercies and His miracles revealed to the sons of men, May they sacrifice to Him with their praise, and may they announce His deeds with joy! Those who go to sea in ships carry labor on many waters. We saw the acts of the Lord and His miracles over the depths of the sea. He commanded, and a stormy wind arose, and the waves rose; They rise to the skies and fall into the abyss. The souls of the swimmers were exhausted in troubles; They swayed in confusion, as if from wine, and reason left them. But they cried out to the Lord in their sorrow, and He delivered them from their troubles; And he commanded the storm, and there was silence, and the waves of the sea fell silent. And they rejoiced that the wind had died down, and He directed them to the desired harbor, May they glorify the Lord for His mercies and His miracles shown to the sons of men! Let them exalt Him in the assembly of the people and in the congregation of elders, let them praise Him!
He dried up the rivers, and a desert arose; He dried up the springs of water, and the earth thirsted; He turned the fruitful land into a barren salt marsh for the sins of those living on it. He created deep lakes in the desert, and springs of water in dry lands. And He settled the afflicted there, and they built populous cities; And they planted vineyards, and sowed fields, and gathered the harvest from them. And He blessed them, and they multiplied; and their flocks increased. But then the number of people decreased, and they began to suffer from the sorrow of troubles and illnesses; Humiliation befell their princes, and the Lord allowed them to wander in the desert, where there was no way. But He helped the poor in need and multiplied their tribes like flocks of sheep. The righteous will see all this and rejoice, but every wicked person will close his mouth. Who is so wise as to preserve the memory of this? And who will understand the mercies of the Lord?
Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Psalm 107
Song, psalm to David.
Song, Psalm of David, 107.
My heart is ready, O God, my heart is ready: I will sing and sing in my glory. Arise, my glory, arise to the psaltery and harp, I will arise early. We will confess to You among the people, Lord, I will sing to You in the open. How great is Thy mercy above the heavens, and Thy truth unto the clouds. Ascend into heaven, O God, and Thy glory be throughout all the earth, that Thy loved ones may be delivered: save with Thy right hand and hear me. God said in His holy things: I will ascend and divide Sikima, and measure out the abundance of the villages. Gilead is mine and Manasseh is mine, and Ephraim is the intercession of my head, Judah is my king. Moab is the hench of my hope; on Edom I will lay my boot: the foreign women have submitted to me. Who will lead me into the city of enclosure? Or who will guide me to Edom? Is it not You, O God, who rejected us? And will you not go out, O God, in our strength? Give us help from sorrow, and human salvation is in vain. In God we will create power, and He will be destroyed by our enemies. My heart is ready, O God, my heart is ready; I will sing and sing in my glory! Arise, my glory!
Arise, psalter and harp! I'll get up early. I will glorify You among the nations. Lord, I will sing to You among the nations; For great is Thy mercy, above the heavens, and Thy truth above the clouds. Ascend into Heaven, O God, and let Your glory shine throughout all the earth. May Your beloved ones escape destruction! Save us with Your right hand and hear me! God proclaimed in His sanctuary: “I will ascend and divide Shechem, and measure the valley of tents! Gilead is mine, and Manasseh is mine, Ephraim is the establishment of My head, Judah is the king appointed by Me! Moab is My reliable vessel; I will step on Idumea with My foot! The foreigners submitted to me." Who will bring me (David) into the fenced city? And who will show me the way to Idumea? Is it not You, O God, who rejected us? You no longer march, O God, at the head of our regiments! Grant us help in grief, for we cannot expect salvation from man! With God's help we will show strength, and He will humble our enemies.
