An oath is a curse. Let us honor the Lady of the World, who has delivered us from the oath, with songs (stichera after the canon to the Most Holy Theotokos).

Krilo - wing. In Your honor - under the shelter of Your wings, under Your protection. In the shadow of Your wing (2nd prayer after Communion). May your prayers protect us with the shelter of your immaterial glory (troparion to the incorporeal ranks of Heaven).
