Akathist to the Most Holy and Life-Giving Trinity
Eternal King of the ages and Lord, all creation, visible and invisible, is the Creator, to Him, in the Holy Trinity, the glorified God, every tribe worships those in heaven, on earth and under the earth: Likewise, we, having been baptized in Thy Trisagion, even though we are unworthy, dare to sing this laudatory song to You: But You, as the Creator, Provider and Judge of ours, listen to the voice of the servant Thy, and do not leave Thy mercy from us, so that from the depths of my soul I call upon Thee: Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, O Lord our God, have mercy on us, Thy fallen creation, for the sake of Thy Holy One!
The Archangels and Angels, Principalities and Powers, Thrones and Dominions, standing before the very Throne of Thy Glory, are not sufficient to utter the greatness of Thy perfections: the many eyes of the Cherubim and The six-crylated Seraphim, covering their faces, call out to each other with awe and love:
Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord of hosts! For we, who are dust and ashes, find it more convenient to love silence: but, let us not be so generous, in the creation and redemption poured out on us, we appear unmemorable and ungrateful, imitating We cry out to the highest praise, with faith and love:
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, our Lord God, the inscrutable heights of perfection and the unsearchable mysteries of the Abyss!
Holy art thou, Lord our God, who art everywhere and fulfill all things, One and the same yesterday, today and forever!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, who is all mighty, who call the things that do not exist as though they exist, even bring them down to hell and still allow them!
Holy are you, our Lord God, who searches the hearts and wombs of men, who counts the stars and names them all!
Holy art Thou, Lord our God, Whose all paths are true and all destinies are justified and desired!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, who passeth the sins of the fathers on to the children, and has mercy and rewards from generation to generation!
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, Lord our God, have mercy on us, Thy fallen creation, for the sake of Thy Holy One!
Having seen Isaiah on the Throne, high and exalted, saying: O accursed man, as a man of unclean lips, and I have seen the Lord of Hosts before my eyes! Whenever the burning coal carried by the Angel, I touch it with my mouth, praising You, the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, the One God. We have fallen, O Most Holy Trinity, by the fire of Your Divinity, thorns and our many iniquities, so that with a pure heart we cry out to You: Alleluia!
Seeking the great prophet Moses for understanding, he said: Show me Thy face, that I may see Thee with understanding! But you come to him: you will see My behind, but My face will not appear to you; for no man will see My face and live. But to us, even though unworthy, You have deigned to reveal Yourself in the person of Your Only Begotten Son: therefore we cry with gratitude:
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, O Lord our God, the flame-burning love of the Seraphim, and the luminous wisdom of the Cherubim!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, the most exalted King of Heavenly Thrones and the all-true Lord of all worldly Dominions!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, the invincible Fortress of the Highest Powers and the Almighty Ruler of the Mountain Powers!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, the all-joyful gospel of the Archangels and the unceasing sermon of the angels!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, the Supreme All-Start of the rational Principles, and the sovereign ruler of all other heavenly ranks;
Holy art Thou, Lord our God, who alone has immortality and is alive in the Unapproachable Light, and speaks face to face with Thy chosen ones!
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, Lord our God, have mercy on us, Thy fallen creation, for the sake of Thy holy name!
By the power of Your ineffable power you contain everything, By the Word of Your unsearchable Wisdom you build everything, By the Spirit of Your mouth you live and delight everything, O Trisolar Almighty! Thou hast measured the heavens by hand and the earth by a span, carrying and feeding all creation, calling upon all by name, and nothing can be hidden from Thy sovereign right hand and gaze: for this purpose with all with the powers above and below, falling with emotion, we call to You: Alleluia!
Thou hast every creation to obey Thy commandment, everywhere showing traces of Providence and Thy innumerable perfections: also Thy invisible and ever-present Power and Divinity to the creatures We think, seeing, with surprise and joy we call:
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, our Lord God, sovereign Creator of the visible and invisible, and loving Builder of the present and the future!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, who made creation from the four elements and crowned the circle of summer with four seasons!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, who commanded the sun to shine during the days, and the moon and stars to enlighten the night!
Holy are you, our Lord God, who drives away the winds from treasures, covers the sky with clouds, and sends rain and dew to cool the heat!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, girding the hills with joy and the valleys with gladness, decorating the hills of the villages and crowning the fields with classes!
Holy art Thou, O Lord our God, send food to the chicks of corvids, water all the wild animals, and bestow Thy bounty upon all Thy deeds!
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, Lord our God, have mercy on us, Thy fallen creation, for the sake of Thy holy name!
I storm within, having soul-destroying heresies, the second Judas, the mad Arius, denying You the Son of God, the only One of the Divine Trinity to be; But we are also another person than the Father, another Son, another person of the Holy Spirit with the verb: but the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are one Divinity, equal in power, co-essential in majesty, We confess with our hearts and lips, and as with the light of the Trisun in the baptismal font of illumination, we worship the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, the One God, calling: Alleluia!
Hearing the shepherd and teacher of the Holy Church, Aria, like a fierce beast, invading the verbal flock of Christ, and seducing the sheep from the true confession of the Orthodox faith, gathered in Nicaea at the Council, God, and not creation, confessed Christ, and was equal to the Father of the Son and the Holy Spirit, shouting with a loud voice:
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, Lord our God, God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Soul, the One True God, and not three gods!
Holy art Thou, O Lord our God, uncreated Father, uncreated Son, uncreated Holy Soul, One uncreated together, and not three uncreated!
Holy art Thou, O Lord our God, the Father who gives birth eternally to the Son, the Son who is begotten without flight from the Father, the Holy Spirit from Him who has come from eternity, but without being born!
Holy art Thou, Lord our God, Father, who called us from nothingness, Son, who redeemed us who fell with His Cross, Holy Spirit, sanctifying and life-giving us all with His grace!
Holy art Thou, our Lord God, who was well-willed to establish in our spirit, soul and body a three-part tabernacle for His dwelling, and who will never allow it to be destroyed in us by sin!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, the sign of the Trinitarian Creature upon all the parts of His hands, in the visible and invisible world, placed!
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, Lord our God, have mercy on us, Thy fallen creation, for the sake of Thy holy name!
The Pre-Eternal and Omnipotent Trinity, having created us in Your image and likeness, commanded You to do what is pleasing before You: but we, the damned, have loved our evil will, the vows of baptism rejected, Your image is darkened; Now we again resort to You and pray, grant us Your grace, to deliver us from the hand of the enemy, visible and invisible, and save us, even with our destinies, and forever and ever We call to You: Alleluia!
Seeing a mind that surpasses Thy perfections and unspeakable good deeds to the poor sons of Adamlim (who truly believes in Thee, the Triune God, the dead in spirit is quickened, the defiled the conscience is cleansed, the lost is saved), with a grateful mind, a grateful heart, grateful lips, created from You, on bended knee, with the verb:
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, O Lord our God, in Thy Trinitarian Council Thou didst create man, and into his body, taken from the dust, breathed the breath of life from Thy mouth!
Holy art Thou, O Lord our God, in Thy image and likeness, in the person of Adam, honor us all, and make heaven the heirs of sweetness!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, who lifted us up with reason above all that is visible, and subdued all creation under our nose!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, who has given us the tree of life for food and enriched us with the gift of immortality!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, who did not abandon those who disobeyed the commandment of our forefathers after the fall, but in the hope of salvation, the whole of Eden!
Holy are you, our Lord God, who brought us from the womb of our mother and sanctified us at birth by the grace of the Gospel!
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, Lord our God, have mercy on us, Thy fallen creation, for the sake of Thy Holy One!
The preacher of righteousness and zealot of Thy holy name, Elijah the venerable, was called from the Angel, who stood in Mount Horeb: there was a mighty spirit, one that overthrew mountains, there was a great coward and a scorching fire, but not in these I see you, and through the lights there is a thin voice of coldness, and there is the Lord; having covered your face with mercy, you cried out with joy and fear: Alleluia!
Thou hast shone forth to enlighten the whole world the radiance of Thy Triple-bright Divinity, Thou hast driven away all idolatrous delusions, O Trinitarian God and Lord; You brought the entire human race from the long darkness of paganism into the wonderful light of the Gospel, and through this illumination we glorify Your almighty Providence for us, calling:
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, our Lord God, who completely consumed the creation corrupted by sin by the flood waters and, in the person of Noah, renewed the entire human race!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, who excommunicated the father of the believers Abraham from confusion of tongue and in his descendants the founding of the true Church!
Holy art Thou, O Lord our God, who brought forth His people from Egypt, fed them with manna in the desert and brought them into a land boiling with honey and milk!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, who raised up David, who filled the prophets with His Spirit, and thereby preserved among Israel the faith in the promised Redeemer!
Holy art Thou, O Lord our God, Who punished Thy people who sinned through the captivity of Babylon and, after His death, again commanded Jerusalem to be rewarded!
Holy are you, our Lord God, who showed the Maccabees in the faith and traditions of their fathers unshakable to death, and the Church under the law, like a bride, until the coming of the beloved Bridegroom, Keep everything whole!
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, Lord our God, have mercy on us, Thy fallen creation, for the sake of Thy Holy One!
Although to show the greatness of Your love and mercy to the fallen human race, when the end of summer came, You sent Your only begotten Son, born of a Woman, We are under the law, so that we may redeem those under the law, who, having lived on earth as a man and redeemed us with His Cross, ascended into heaven, and from there, fulfilling the promise, sent down to us the Holy Spirit Ours, let us all call: Alleluia!
You showed a truly marvelous and new miracle, marvelous in the highest, Lord, when, after sending the Holy Spirit upon the chosen disciples and apostles, you brought them out to preach to all things to the world, that they may proclaim the great name of the Most Holy Trinity and captivate all nations to the obedience of faith: with the same, marveling at the power and effect of their inspired words, we joyfully call:
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, our Lord God, who has chosen the weak, the weak and the violent of the world, let the strong, the glorious and the wise be put to shame!
Holy are you, our Lord God, who inspired countless hosts of martyrs, so that in the shadows of torment and death they may capture the truth of the Gospel and the power of the grace of Christ!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, who bowed the heart of Equal-to-the-Apostles Constantine with the sign of the Cross, and thus put an end to the fierce persecution of Christians!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, the seventh Ecumenical Councils of the God-bearing fathers, like the seventh pillars, who have fenced the Church and made impregnable by heretical unrest!
Holy art thou, our Lord God, God-wise teacher and great ascetic of piety, like the bright stars in the firmament of the Church, the gifted one shall shine forth!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, who has guided the ruler of the Russian land Vladimir to the light of the true faith, and thus freed our entire country from the delusion of polytheism!
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, Lord our God, have mercy on us, Thy fallen creation, for the sake of Thy Holy One!
It’s strange and wonderful, near the oak of Mamre, when Abraham saw Thee in the form of three men, like one speaking to one, the verb: Lord, if I have found grace before You, do not minimize a servant Yours! Three, in the Three Persons who appeared to him, the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, the One God in being, bow to the ground, calling: Alleluia!
Thou art all, everywhere and always, not just by the might of Thy innumerable strength, but also by the richness of Thy omnipotent providence for all Thy creation: to us, as Thy Son said, and to the power of the chief count everything with You, so that not a single one of them will fall without Your will: therefore, trusting in Your Providence, with boldness and love we call:
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, our Lord God, who has pleased the whole human race to be divided into tribes and languages, and has shown each their place and time of residence!
Holy art Thou, O Lord our God, through whom kings reign and the mighty write righteousness, keeping His elect as the apple of the eye!
Holy art thou, our Lord God, from Him comes all wisdom and understanding, all strength and strength, all health and beauty!
Holy are you, our Lord God, who brings and takes away battles, who crowns the right weapon with victory, and predestines the wrong in the midst of victories to destruction!
Holy art Thou, O Lord our God, who give signs in heaven and on earth, sending fire, plague and famine upon people, so that they may not completely wander from Your ways!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, who lifteth up the humble from the earth, even to set down his people from the princes, and casteth down the proud, for their place may not be found!
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, Lord our God, have mercy on us, Thy fallen creation, for the sake of Thy Holy One!
Every nature, high and low, unceasingly glorifies Thee, the eternal Creator and God: in heaven alone, Holy, Holy, Holy, they cry day and night, and their squads are at the footstool of Thy feet. They believe: on earth, with all creation, we, as adorned with the image of Your ever-present glory, pray to You and from You, great and rich in mercy, calling: Alleluia!
The branches of many things, even though they labor a lot in testing, think about the Mystery of the Most Holy Trinity, but they cannot understand how by nature there is One God, but in Three perfect Persons: we We believe exactly this and confess it, even if we do not experience it, and we call upon the innumerable benefits to us from each of the Three Divine Persons who know well, with faith and gratitude:
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, our Lord God, by Thy righteous judgment we all return to the earth from which we were taken, and again on the day of resurrection to rise from it, positive!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, the sun, moon and stars have no time to darken. The earth and everything on it will be transformed by the fire of the predestined One, so that in their place a new heaven and a new earth will appear, in which righteousness dwells!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, who has set the day, when all nations and nations will appear in judgment, that he may judge each one according to his deeds!

Holy art Thou, our Lord God, who has promised to keep His Church unshakably until the end of the world, even though it is not overcome and from the gates of hell!
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, Lord our God, have mercy on us, Thy fallen creation, for the sake of Thy Holy One!
Though to save the world, you appeared on the Jordan River, the Most Holy and Divine Trinity: Father in a voice from heaven, testifying of your beloved Son, Son in the form of humanity, accept Baptism from a servant, the Holy Spirit, descending on the Baptized in the form of a dove: also in the name of the One God, in Three Persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, we learn to enlighten everyone with Baptism coming into the world of man, calling: Alleluia!
Eternal King, Your shining sun on good and evil, loving the righteous, but merciful to sinners, washing away our spiritual and physical filth, His abode is in us, even do Thy unworthy servants with favor, consume our unclean thoughts, blot out inappropriate deeds, direct the tongue to say what is pleasing before You, so that with a pure heart and We call with tenderness from our lips:
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, our Lord God, about Him the apostolic countenance speaks, and to Him the prophetic council looks up!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, His martyr regiment mercifully confesses to God, and His host glorifies the Most Holy Name!
Holy art Thou, O Lord our God, for Him many hermits sigh continually, and from Him the exploits of the fasters are crowned!
Holy art thou, our Lord God, to whom the saints and shepherds offer songs of thanksgiving, and to whom the teachers of the universe rejoice in God for our salvation!

Holy art Thou, O Lord our God, protect us with Thy holy Angels, and drive away from us the spirits of wickedness in high places!
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, Lord our God, have mercy on us, Thy fallen creation, for the sake of Thy Holy One!
All singing is exhausted, striving to bring due thanksgiving to You for everyone and for everything, in the Trinity, glorified God: for no reason is found that is able to spread the thought to the multitude of Your bounties on us, not a word, in a hedgehog I say: both for everything that we see and give to us, be to You, Most Holy Trinity, thanks from us, honor and glory, for which You Yourself are worthy of Your Majesty and the scales are pleasing to You: we, who worship You, call with humility and love: Alleluia!
For You are a light-giver in Your promises as a lamp, appearing to those who exist in the darkness of ignorance about our future lot, gratefully confessing and still the only one of the bliss, Those who were proclaimed by Your only begotten Son, we desire to receive them, crying out with all compassion in faith:
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, our Lord God, who has prepared good things for His chosen ones, whom no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no one has sighed in the heart of man!
Holy art thou, our Lord God, and all the pure ones will see Him in their hearts as He is, and they will know Him as they themselves know from Him!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, in Him all who hunger and thirst for righteousness will find satiation that becomes scarce!
Holy art Thou, O Lord our God, from Him the peacemakers, as imitators of all Thy Only Begotten Son, will be called beloved sons!
Holy art thou, our Lord God, from Him the meek will inherit the earth, and the poor in spirit will receive an endless Kingdom!
Holy art thou, O Lord our God, who promises eternal mercy to those who have mercy, and endless joy to those who mourn!
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, Lord our God, have mercy on us, Thy fallen creation, for the sake of Thy holy name!
Grant us Thy all-powerful grace, O Most Holy Trinity: accept the confession of our sins before the Majesty of Thy glory, look upon our sighs, send down upon us the spirit of tenderness and generosity, Yes, having purified our soul and heart, we will be worthy to call You uncondemnedly on earth, as the Angels cry in heaven: Alleluia!
Singing Your all-loving vision, we all glorify You, the Immemorial Trinity, we believe in One God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, other than You, the Lord We do not know, we fall to You and we pray to You, crying out:
Holy, Holy, Holy art thou, our Lord God, for our salvation, that we may fear no evil, and for the defense of our life, that we may not be afraid of any enemy!
Holy are you, Lord our God, repentant sinners, save us too, many sinners!
Holy art Thou, O Lord our God, multiply Thy mercy to all, multiply it also on us, and have mercy on us, for we are weak!
Holy are you, our Lord God, continue our life of repentance and do not condemn us to be cut down with the barren fig tree!
Holy art Thou, Lord our God, deliver us from the temptations found in the world, the flesh and the devil, and strengthen us in faith and love for You!
Holy art Thou, Lord our God, grant us to see Thee face to face, and bring us into Thy bright chamber for the marriage of the Lamb!

O Most Holy, Life-giving, Indivisible and Omnipotent Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Soul, One true God and our Creator! Having now received our thanksgiving, send us grace and strength from the height of Your Holy Throne, so that, having trampled all carnal lusts, we will live in all piety and purity until the end of our days, praising Your Most Holy Name and calling: Alleluia![http://akafistnik.ru/god/akafist-presvyatoj-i-zhivotvoryaschej-troitse/]

Almighty Master, all-wise and all-merciful Lord, the light-originating Son, the Most-Eternal Parent, and Your Life-giving Spirit, eternal and ever-present to the Self-Generator, His Majesty is innumerable, glory unspeakable and mercy immeasurable, we thank You, for You called us from non-existence and You honored us with Your precious image, for You bestowed upon us unworthy not just to know and love Thee, but it is even sweeter to eat, and to call Thee my Father. We thank You, God of mercy and generosity, for You have not abandoned us to those who transgressed Your commandment in the midst of sin and the shadow of death, but You have favored Your only begotten Son, Him and the ages were created, send us to earth for the sake of salvation, so that through His incarnation and the terrible suffering of the torment of the devil and mortal aphids we will be freed.
We thank Thee, God of love and strength, for, after the ascension into heaven of our dearest Savior, having been implored by His Cross, Thou didst send down Thy Holy Spirit upon His chosen disciples and the apostles, yes, by the power of their God-inspired preaching, will illuminate the whole world with the imperishable light of the Gospel of Christ.
You yourself, Humanity-loving Master, hear now the humble prayer of Your unworthy children, so that just as You created us for Your goodness alone, You redeemed us for One Thy compassion, therefore save us by Thy one unconditional mercy: not from our deeds is the imam’s trace of salvation, but the hope of righteous revenge and excommunication from the blessed face Yours: if even for one vain verb it will be exacted on the day of Judgment and testing, for our innumerable iniquities, even sins against You, which, poor ones, the imams will repay answer; For this reason, for the sake of our desperate justification from our deeds, to Thy oneness, every mind and every word that is superior, let us take refuge in grace, so that we have a solid foundation of hope, we pray You: I have sinned, cleanse me, Lord! Lawless, forgive me, Master! By your anger, be reconciled, Long-suffering!
And save the rest of our mind, conscience and heart from worldly defilements, deliver and save us from the multi-rebellious storm of passions and falls, voluntary and involuntary, known and unknown, and in the quiet establish a haven of faith, love and the hope of eternal life. Remember us in Your mercy, Lord, grant us all requests for salvation, especially a pure and sinless life; grant us to love You, and to fear with all our hearts, and to do Your holy will in everything, through the prayers of our Most Pure Lady Theotokos and all Your saints, for You are Good and You are God, lover of mankind, and we send up glory and thanksgiving and worship to You, with Your Only Begotten Son, and with Your Most Holy and Good and Life-giving Spirit, now and ever, and to the ages centuries. Amen.
The only begotten Son and Word of God, who deigned for the sake of our salvation to be incarnate and to endure death, now, and with Your Most Pure Flesh, in heaven on the Throne with the Father, seated, and with all Rule the world, do not forget by Your mercy us, who are in the depths and tempted by many misfortunes and sorrows, even though we are very unclean and unworthy of us, but in You, the Savior and Lord We believe in ours and in another Intercessor and there is no hope of salvation. Grant, O all-merciful Redeemer, let us remember how much torment of Your soul and Body is required in order to satisfy the eternal righteousness of Your Father for our sins, and how even to hell from the Cross you descended with your most pure soul, so that you freed us from the power and torment of hell: remembering this, let us be guarded from the passions and sins that were the cruel wine Thy suffering and death, and may we love truth and virtue, which is most pleasant for You to have in us.
As if you were tempted in every way, you yourself weigh, O All-Good One, since the weakness of our spirit and flesh is great, and our enemy is strong and wicked, like a roaring lion who walks, seeking someone to devour: do not abandon for us with Your all-powerful help, and be with us, preserving and covering, instructing and strengthening, delighting and cheering our spirit. We, throwing ourselves into the bosom of Thy love and mercy, our whole life, temporary and eternal, commend to You, our Master, Redeemer and Lord, praying from the depths of our souls, yes, above all else destinies, make us pass through the comfortably gloomy life of this earthly vale, and reach Your God-red palace, which You promised to prepare for all who believe in Your name, and to Your subsequent Divine feet. Amen.
To the all-good Comforter, the Soul of truth, I proceed from the Father from all eternity and in the Son I will rest, the unenviable Source of Divine gifts, dividing them to everyone as I wish, for whom we are also unworthy Let us be sanctified and named on the day of our baptism! Look to Your servant for prayer, come to us, dwell in us, and cleanse our souls, so that we may be prepared for the dwelling of the Most Holy Trinity. Hey, O All-Good One, do not abhor our uncleanness and sinful wounds, but I will heal with Your all-healing anointing. Enlighten our mind, so that we understand the vanity of the world and what is in the world, revive our conscience, so that it unceasingly proclaims to us what we should do and what we should sweep away, correct and renew our heart, so that day and night it exudes evil thoughts and inappropriate desires, tame the flesh and extinguish the flame of passions with Your dewy breath, which darkens the precious image of God in us.
Drive away the spirit of idleness, despondency, covetousness and idle talk from us, give us the spirit of love and patience, the spirit of meekness and humility, the spirit of purity and truth, yes, correcting the weakened hearts and knees, we unlaxly flow along the path of the commandments of the saints, and so, avoiding all sin and fulfilling all righteousness, we will be able to achieve a peaceful and shameless end, enter into Heavenly Jerusalem and there we worship You, together with the Father and the Son, singing forever and ever: Holy Trinity, glory to You!
To the Most Holy Trinity, consubstantial Power, all the good Wine that we will repay to You for everything that You have repaid to us sinners and unworthy before, before we were born into the world, for everything that You have repaid us according to each other. all the days, and what You have prepared for all of us in the world to come! It is fitting, then, for so much goodness and generosity, to thank Thee not just in words, but more than in deeds, keeping and fulfilling Your commandments: we, however, will grow our and evil customs externally, in Countless sins and iniquities have been cast down from our youth. For this reason, as unclean and defiled, it is not just before Your Trisagion that you should appear shamelessly, but below Your Most Holy Name, speak what is proper for us, even if You Yourself had not deigned, in proclaim our joy that you love the pure and righteous, and you are kind to and kind to sinners who repent.
Look down, O Most Divine Trinity, from the height of Your Holy Glory upon us, many sinners, and accept our good will instead of good deeds; and give us the spirit of true repentance, so that, having hated all sin, in purity and truth, we may live until the end of our days, doing Your most holy will and glorifying with pure thoughts and good by deeds Your sweetest and most magnificent name. Amen.[http://troitsa.paskha.ru/Bogosluzhenie/Akafist_Troice/]
