Thou hast laid up for us a firm love from the Lord, since Thou of Thy own free will didst give Thy Only-Begotten Son for our death. Wherefore we call Thee giving thanks: glory to Thy power, O Lord.
Hearken to the words of Jesus, and though wounded Thou hast healed me, enduring the stings with patience, and by long-suffering bearing the spites, by which Thou hast wrought my salvation: glory be to Thy power, O Lord.
By a mortal body hast Thou partaken of life, O Thou hast partaken of death for the sake of the poor, and Thy sighings for the destitute: and though corrupt Thou didst make glorious, Thou didst raise all to life, because Thou wast glorified.
O Theotokos,
Poměanjehu Khriste, yež stěžalъ yésy stádo strětїju tvojuyu: preproslavlennyěa tvojeja mterije mlětivynye molby prějemъ, i posětvěv yolslobljennoje, izbavsi síloju tvojoju gdě.

Vestmos: Strange and ineffable:
Creating according to the likeness of Thy Man-loving humanity, and having been made dead through sin by transgression, Thou hast been laid on the tombstone, and hast descended.
Deadly sins, which death hath devoured, deliver: but the deadly power of hell shall be destroyed, rising thee from the grave, O Lord.

This hymn of the same.
Thou, O God, by Thy holy reason, having measured the mountains by a divine standard, didst cut them with a stone, save for Thine hands: Thy power, O Lover of Mankind, is glorious.
Heal thee, O Lord, our nature quickly, uniting this body and soul together with the swift healing of Thy precious Word, O Master.
Part of my soul is with Thee, and the desired inheritance, having united me with Thee by word and by faith, Thou hast made me a dwelling-place by faith.
