Irimos:

By life alone we are saved,
Through life eternal we are glorified;
For Thou art our Life, O Lord,
And by Thee we are made alive.

Thou art the Life, and they that are in Thee are become the children of life.
For Thou hast said: I am the Resurrection and the Life:
He that believeth on Me, though he die, yet shall he live;
And whosoever liveth and believeth on Me shall never die.

Therefore we magnify Thee, O Lord,
And we glory in Thy Name for ever.
For Thou art our Life, O Lord,
And by Thee we are made alive.

Thee we magnify, O Theotokos, and with hymns we reverently contemplate: Even as the children praise the Third who is exalted, the world renewed in Thy womb is whole, the praiseworthy Father of our God, and highly glorified.

Therefore the earth trembleth, the sun setteth, and more swiftly the light waxeth pale; the church's holy veil is rent asunder: for upon the cross hangeth the First-begotten, the Praisesworthy Godfather, and highly glorified.

Thou hast been as one without strength, and art awakened in the dead by our will, being lifted up for our sake; Thou hast freed all by Thy mighty hand, and gloriously raised Thee, O Father blessed God, and highly praised.

O Theotokos,

Rejoice, fount of waters ever-flowing.
Rejoice, paradise of sustenance.
Rejoice, wall of faithful ones.
Rejoice, unassailable.
Rejoice, world-encompassing joy, by which our glorious Father God and highly-praised has glorified us.

And Irmos: Morning hymns with reverence:

Of old was the land defiled with blood, crimsoned by fratricidal hands: but with Thy precious Blood Thou hast been sprinkled and hast cried out: Father God, Thou art blest.

Let the Jews who are hostile to Christ weep for their boldness in crucifying Him: but let those who rejoice, lift up their hands and cry out: Blessed be the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Since bearing the burden of the world and enlightening, the angel cries out: Arise, O Jesus Christ, come and see the signs, the shrouded body and the tomb, and cry out: Blessed is Thee, O Father.
Bogoroditsevý kanon
And Irmos: I beseech Thee:

The Theotokos, as the ladder of Jacob spiritually understood, thus reveals: By thee being exalted on earth, one liveth, and with men doth abide, for thy Will, O glorious Father God, is praised and glorified.

Rejoicing in reading, and thou, Pastor, who wast crucified for man's sake upon the true wood, exalted above all men for His ineffable mercy, dost lift up thy voice, O Father God, and art glorified preeminently.

New Adam from thy pure blood for ever thou hast become truly holy God, to whom now I pray, who promised to renew me calling thee: Glory be to thy Father and greatly glorified.
