Irmos: Purification for us, O Christ, / and salvation, O Master, you shone forth from the Virgin, / yea, like Perseus the prophet from the beast of the sea to Jonah, / from aphids you snatched away / all the fallen Adam of all people.
Glory to Thee, our God, glory to Thee.
I was grieved by my accursed soul through the bitter passions of the flesh/ and in those, like in the last abysses, I take it out, my Savior, we drown, I pray to you:/ with the streams of the Life-Giving One, who is with You, the Source, revive me.
Glory to Thee, our God, glory to Thee.
The essence of all Your sacraments is truly worthy of great silence:/ for they are trinified in the One Being/ and united, remaining unconfounded./ But, Beginningless Trinity,/ save me the mortal creation of Your hands.
Glory to Thee, our God, glory to Thee.
The whole Son, we believe, is essential in the Father and the Spirit: / from Him, like from the One Beginning, both shine coeternally / and abide about themselves in their life-giving hypostases.
Glory to Thee, our God, glory to Thee.
Youth’s vile attacks/ armed yourself with all sorts of nasty things against me,/ with which you have defiled my entire soul and belly,/ but, Most Blessed Paraclete,/ heal me with the fruits of repentance.
Glory to Thee, our God, glory to Thee.
I have fallen into misfortunes that are fierce in my mind, / and I am perplexed everywhere, / and I am falling into various troubles, / and like a boat in the sea, I am overwhelmed, / but, O Most Blessed Comforter, / from the fierceness of this overwhelming, I pray to Thee, quickly snatch me away.
Glory: I fell through a cruel fall, / having broken my vows to Your Son, / but, as the source of generosity and compassion in the present abyss, the All-Immaculate One, I pray to You: / make Him merciful to me.
And now: Destroying slander against me / my invisible enemies, O Virgin, always drive away from my soul by Thy invincible and Divine power / and give me all spiritual armor and reason against them.
Also say these verses:
Save Thy servant from troubles, O Good Comforter, / as the evil spirits of the devil vehemently and incessantly attack me / with nasty thoughts and dreams.
Look with Compassion, O All-Sung Mother of God, / on the hard petrification of my heart / and enlighten the darkness of my soul.
