Irmos: Resurrection day, let’s enlighten ourselves, people. Easter, the Lord's Easter: from death to life and from earth to heaven, Christ God has led us, singing in victory.

Translation 2. Resurrection day! Let's enlighten ourselves, people:

Easter, Lord's Easter! For from death to life,

And Christ our God transferred us from earth to Heaven,

Singing a song of victory.

Chorus: Christ is Risen from the dead.

Let us purify our senses, and we will see the unapproachable light of the Resurrection, Christ shining, and Rejoice, the river, let us clearly hear, singing victoriously.

Translation 2. Let us purify our senses and see Christ,

Shining with the impregnable light of the Resurrection,

And “Rejoice!” - we will hear someone speaking clearly,

Singing a song of victory.

Chorus: Christ is Risen from the dead.

Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth rejoice, let the world celebrate, all visible and invisible, Christ has risen, eternal joy.

Translation 2. Let Heaven rejoice as it should,

Let the earth rejoice, let the world celebrate,

Both visible and invisible:

For Christ has risen - eternal joy.

Theotokos: (Sung from the second day of Easter until the giving away)

Glory: You broke the limits of mortification, you who gave birth to eternal life, Christ, who has risen from the tomb this day, the All-Immaculate Virgin, and who has enlightened the world.

And now: Having seen Thy Son and God risen, rejoice from the Apostles, O God-gracious Pure One: and rejoice first, for thou hast received the joy of wine of all, O Mother of God All-blameless.

In the chaos, Irmos again: Resurrection day, let us be enlightened, people. Easter, the Lord's Easter: from death to life and from earth to heaven, Christ God has led us, singing in victory.

Christ is Risen from the dead, trampling down death and giving life to those in the tombs. (Thrice)
