Heavenly King... (see Morning prayers: “Prayer to the Holy Spirit”).

Or:

Most gracious Lord, bestow upon us the grace of Your Holy Spirit, bestowing and strengthening our spiritual strength, so that, listening to the teaching taught to us, we may grow to You, our Creator, for glory, and to our parents for consolation. For the benefit of the Church and the Fatherland.

Come down - go down from the sky. Grace is the help of God, the saving power of God. Giver - giver. Mental... forces - mind, heart, will, memory, conscience. So that - so that (yes + would).

+ In this prayer we ask that the Lord give us understanding and a desire to learn, so that this teaching will serve for the glory of God, for the comfort of our parents and for the benefit of our neighbors. We can and should glorify God through a virtuous life. Namely, to console parents with good successes, modest behavior, obedience, and care for them; to be useful to the Church, that is, to visit the church of God, follow the rules and regulations of the Orthodox Church, and take care of the decoration of churches. We are useful to the Fatherland when we work for the glory of God and our homeland, pray for it, love each other and help our neighbors.
