1. Good Lord, seek mercifully Your creation and show Yourself to people by the Holy Spirit, as You show Yourself to Your servants.
Make glad, O Lord, with the coming of Your Holy Spirit every grieving soul. Grant, Lord, that all people who pray to You come to know the Holy Spirit.
2. Lord, correct us, as a tender mother corrects her little children. Let every soul know the joy of Your coming and the power of Your help. Give coolness to the suffering souls of Your people, and teach us all through the Holy Spirit to know You.
The human soul languishes on earth, Lord, and cannot strengthen its mind in You, because it does not know You and Your grace. Our mind is darkened by earthly cares, and we cannot understand the fullness of Your love. You enlighten us. With your mercy everything is possible. You said in the Holy Gospel that the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and will live; So now do it so that our dead souls will hear Your voice and come to life in joy.
Say, Lord, to the world: “All sins are forgiven,” and they will be forgiven. Sanctify us, Lord, and all will be sanctified by Your Spirit, and all Your peoples will glorify You on earth, and Your will will be done on earth as it is in heaven, for all things are possible for You.
3. O Lord, teach us by Your Holy Spirit to be obedient and self-controlled. Give us the spirit of Adam's repentance and tears for our sins. May we praise and thank You forever. You gave us Your most pure body and blood, so that we could live forever with You, and be where You are, and see Your glory. Lord, let the peoples of the whole earth know how much You love us, and what a wonderful life You give to those who believe in You.
4. O Good Comforter, I tearfully ask You to comfort the sorrowful souls of Your people. Let the nations hear Your sweet voice: “Your sins are forgiven.” Yes, Lord, it is in Your power to work miracles, and there is no greater miracle than to love a sinner in his fall.
5. Lord, turn Your people to You, that they may all know Your love, that they may see Your meek face in the Holy Spirit; may everyone enjoy seeing You while still here on earth, and seeing what You are, may they become like You.
