1. Merciful Lord, teach us all by Your Holy Spirit to live according to Your will, so that in Your Light we all come to know You, the true God, for without Your Light we cannot understand the fullness of Your love. Enlighten us with Your grace, and it will warm our hearts to love You.
2. Oh, Lord, by the power of the grace of the Holy Spirit, grant us to live according to Your holy will.
When grace is with us, then we are strong in spirit; but when we lose it, then we see our weakness; We see that without God we cannot even imagine good things. Merciful God, You know our weakness. I pray to You: give me a humble spirit, for in Your mercy You give the humble soul strength to live according to Your will; You reveal to her all Your secrets; You let her know You, and how endlessly You love us.
3. Lord, I am a sinful man and I do not understand what I should do, but You, O Merciful One, enlighten me as to what I should do.
