Most Immaculate Lady, Queen of heaven and earth, Most Pure Virgin Mother of God! Humbly falling, I pray to You: help me, O most powerful Lady, the only sinner, accept my unworthy prayer, and bring it to Your only begotten Son, my God, for he may be merciful to the more passionate and sorrowful soul of my soul: For myself, for the multitude of my iniquities, I do not dare to say goodbye and ask for forgiveness, but I offer You the Intercessor and Warm Prayer Book, like a mother to the God born from You, you have boldness, and nothing is impossible for You, even if you truly desire it. Do not despise my tears, do not abhor my sighing, do not reject my heart disease, revive the one killed by my passions. The unevening light that has shone upon us, enlighten my soul, darkened by atrocities: You who have given birth to a physician, heal my soul’s incurable ulcers: troubled by the storm of life, direct me to the path of repentance. Accept, O all-merciful Lady, this prayer service of mine, and offer it to the man-loving God.

O beautiful Palato Lady, create for me a home of the Divine Spirit: luminous heavenly Seine, direct spiritual grace in me, a sinner. I lift up my unworthy hands, and I correct my unclean heart and lips to praise You, All-Immaculate One, and deliver me from the dirty tricks that have strangled me. All unclean thoughts from the heart of my wife, correct my tongue with useful words, give tears to my fingers to wash away the filth of sin, arrange my nose without stumbling to do the Divine commandments to walk. Turn my hands towards the highest for favorable action, open my ears to diligently hear the commandments of the Divine Gospel, so that I can do what I can, We strengthen You, O omnipotent Queen: and grant me the time of repentance and free me from sudden death. At the end, stand before me, all-merciful Mother, in the separation of my soul from my passionate body, from the air tax collectors and dark princes, taking me away, and tearing apart the handwriting of my many sins, and vouchsafe me at the right hand of blessed standing at the Last Judgment.

You are the light of my darkened mind, You are the consolation of my soul, You are the hope of my salvation, You are the only shameless Intercessor to God: Make Him merciful to me, O Lady, and show me the everlasting blessings of an heir in the future life, where there is a dwelling for all who rejoice: for even there, by being merciful to the Prayer Book, I will be honored with greatness, and glorify the magnificent name of Your Son, Christ the Savior and our God, with His Originless Father, and the All-Holy, Good and Life-Giving Spirit, forever and ever.
