Turning earthly warfare into spiritual warfare and showing good care for your people, blessed Reverend Theodora! Today we resort to you in the confusion of our hearts, and we humbly dare to ask for your help for our country and our souls. We all know, O servant of God, how our cowardice and spiritual laziness tears us away from your pasture and makes us worthy of every kind of disgust: but your mercy towards your enemy and your traitor is remembered, for whom you again appeared as a defender, we pray for the same mercy of yours to us unworthy.

You, the saint of Christ, from the Hagarians, our devastated land and from the Gentiles who were oppressed, embraced pity and love, and again you called to a vigorous life of the faithful, only through military victories, only through prayer and the way of your life, like a golden candlestick shining: you, having left the vanity of this worldly life, for you yourself have given yourself over to the care of your soul in cave solitude, and you have commanded the care and healing of our earth to your glorious family, and thus your limit is for another two hundred years and more after your death from the snares of heretics you protected. You and the distant Czech tribe, our same blood, tried to bring you closer to the Orthodox faith and protected you from the Latin invasion. Even now, living in heaven with your soul and the Angels, and resting in your incorruptible body among us, do not reject our sorrowful voices, but hear the prayerful cry of the sinning sons of our land. Having sinned and being untruthful and having apostatized from the Covenants of God, fallen into corrupted customs and fallen into evil, and to eat only what we need, the salvation of our souls lies in neglecting the rest.

In God there is truth and glory to you, Reverend Father, but to us it is shame on our faces. Moreover, as much as we appear as sinners, we demand your greatest compassion and in repentance we call upon you: your inexhaustible love will be beamed to us afterward: the wrath of God, righteously driven upon us, will be averted from us by your prayer, His saving grace was brought down to us by your unworthy intercession, and from the sinful abyss to the heights of repentance he raised us, so that we too strive to correct our lives, let us begin to renew the fortress of our land, but the enemies of the faith of Christ and the evil ones We will fearlessly reflect the charms in word and life, and we will gratefully glorify our Savior with all the saints, glorifying Him, with the Father and the Holy Spirit, forever and ever.
