O exceedingly wonderful and wondrous in miracles, glorified by God in heaven, worker of Christ’s grapes, inhabitant of Zion on High, the pre-established city of Jerusalem, blessed Prince Andrew, the joy of the saints and wondrous goodness of man, former desirer of wonderful and wondrous heavenly villages, now appear with all those saints as a partaker! Even though you were a man by nature, but having labored diligently in labors, you were established in an endless world with the Angels. You were a stranger and a stranger on earth, for this reason you received life in heaven: leaving your earthly and perishable fatherland, you accepted the incorruptible and eternal. The Lord God has crowned you and given you the gift of miracles, to heal ailments on earth and to mercifully visit those who come to you with faith: for the Lord God, the Merciful, will show you to us as a representative, like a merciful Father to a sick child. For this reason, we earnestly pray to you, standing before your multi-healing tomb, to cover us sinners with your wonderful cover, not from gold and silver, but given by God in grace.
Even though we are in the sin of every desecration, but shedding tears of repentance, we tenderly cry out to you: have mercy on us, O holy and wondrous faithful Prince Andrew, give us a helping hand and deliver us from every slander of the enemy: be our merciful protector and a quick healer from our illnesses: free us from the hand of a stranger and from every sign of evil. Behold, we have endured many troubles, all the evil sorrows of contrition, we have gone down to the doors of mortals from sorrow, we have angered God with our sins, and we have driven Him away from ourselves. Therefore, be our leader and intercessor before our Lord Jesus Christ and His Eternal Father and the Holy Spirit, so that we may receive forgiveness of sins and much mercy from Him.
Be a warm intercessor and prayer book for our most pious, autocratic, great sovereign, Emperor Nicholas Alexandrovich of all Russia, and for the entire reigning house, and for all the Christ-loving army: be, O Saint of God, a supporter and intercessor for the entire Christ-loving army against all non-Orthodox and cross-hating evil and foreign enemies and adversaries, may all the conquered be under the hand of our crusader emperor, and may the memory of their evil faith be consumed: Do not forget our Russian country, but always look upon it, and beseech God for every abundance of the fruits of the earth to give it to God: and to all who call upon you with faith in all sorrows, illnesses and in times of need, be a helper and intercessor, through the grace and generosity and love of mankind of the Lord God and our Savior Jesus Christ, to Him be glory and worship from us now and throughout the ages of endless ages.
