And see us, Despot, to sleep, rest of body and soul, and preserve us from the gloomy sleep of sin and from all dark and nocturnal afflictions. Stop the rush of passions, extinguish the fiery arrows of wickedness, which are moving deceitfully towards us. The revolutions of our flesh are suppressed and all our earth and material minds are asleep. And grant us, God, a quick mind, a sober calculation, a light heart, a light sleep and freed from all satanic imagination. But guide us in the time of prayer, leaning on your commandments and having the memory of your punishments unbreakable in ourselves. All the days of your praise, you grant us the hymn and bless and glorify your eternal and majestic name, of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, now and forever and to the ages of ages. Amen.
Most glorious, come, blessed Theotokos, offer our daily prayer to your Son and our God, and ask him to save our souls through you.
The Father is my hope, the Son is my refuge, the Holy Spirit is my shelter, Holy Trinity, glory to you.
All my hope is in you, Mother of God, keep me under your roof.
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. And now and forever, and to the ages of ages. Amen.
Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy.
Bless.
PRIEST
Christ our true God, to the embassies of his almighty and omnipresent holy Mother, (of the Holy Church); of the holy and righteous Godfathers Joachim and Anna, and of all the Saints, have mercy and save us, as good and philanthropist.
We are glorified for world peace.
(Lord, have mercy.)
About pious and orthodox Christians.
For our (priestly rank) (of suffering).
For our pious nation.
For the blessing and strengthening of the philochristian army.
About our departed fathers and brothers.
About those who minister and those who minister to us.
For those who hate and love us.
For those entrusted to us to the unworthy, we pray for them.
For the recovery of the captives.
About those who sail well at sea.
For the sick.
We are blessed and for the euphoria of the fruits of the earth.
And for all our pre-rested fathers and brothers, for those pious texts, and for all the Orthodox.
I said also for yourselves, Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy.
PRIEST
Through the prayers of our holy fathers, Lord Jesus Christ God, have mercy and save us.
(Amen.)
