Glory to Thee, O Lord, glory to Thee!
In the depths of the hidden, Pharaoh's mighty host, armed with the power of the fleshly word, which is the embodiment of all-encompassing sin, was consumed, blessed be He, for in His glory He shall be glorified.
Heavenly Prince, nearest to Thee, whom we have written, having not obeyed Thy commandments, by Thy judgment Thou shalt be condemned: Thou shalt be cut off because of sin; and Thou shalt fall from the power of Thy dominion, and shalt be made weak.
Savior of the human race, and ruler of the imperishable life hath come into the world: by thy Resurrection, thou hast rent asunder death's bonds, O glorified Lord; for thou hast been glorified in glory.
O Theotokos,
Transcending all times, Thou hast been read praisingly ever, both visible and invisible creatures: for by Thy good will didst Thou take flesh in the womb of Thy handmaiden, wherefore with boldness we pray Thee, descend upon our souls.
The second canon of the Cross-Resurrection.
Glory to Thee, O Lord, glory to Thee!
Notrenu, neobychnu, nemokrennu morskuyu shествовалъ izbraennyi voipyashe Iisil': gddiev poimъ, gakh proslavisisya.
Power of the feeble, resurrection of the fallen, and incorruptible of them that are fallen asleep, Thou wast manifested, O Lord, by thy fleshly tabernacle: That thou mightest be glorified.
And in the temple of the Lord, the Theotokos stood.
Psalm and Irmos thereof.
Not in vain did the ancient ladder stand, and the stranger frozen on the way to death, by Thy guidance reached the salvation of reading, wherein we all sing: For Thou hast glorified.
Power on high, O holy dwelling, God's wisdom, incarnate beyond thought, from Thee, we speak to men that they may glorify.
Having passed through the unpassable door, encompassed by thy inner chambers, O Lord, the sun of righteousness rising and the light of the world shining: Thus shalt thou be glorified.
