Glory to Thee, O Lord, glory to Thee!
In the depths of the veil, Pharaonic might, the armed host thereof, having taken on the flesh, the all-ensnaring word of the grievous sin, was made to be, praised not being, but glorified. For He was glorified.
Heavenly King, to whom we have written, since thou hast not hearkened to thy commandments, by thy judgment thou shalt be judged: for thou shalt be cut off as one dying; and thou shalt fall under the power of thy authority, being made weak.
Saviour of the race of mankind, and Prince of the uncorruptible life didst come into the world: by thy Resurrection thou hast rent asunder death's foul bonds, O Thou gloriously praised of all: for gloriously hast Thou been glorified.
O Theotokos,
Exceeding thou hast surpassed, O Virgin, in the sight of all, both visible and invisible creatures: for thou didst bring forth the Life-giver, that He might be incarnate in thy womb; with boldness we pray thee, descend upon our souls.
The second canon of the Cross-Resurrection.
Glory to Thee, O Lord, glory to Thee! Glory to Thy Kingdom, glory to Thy power! Glory to Thy Holy Spirit, glory to Him who came with the clouds of heaven! Glory to Him who cometh in the name of the Lord! Blessed is the kingdom of the King eternal!
Notrenu, neobychnu, nemokrennu morskuyu shествовавъ stezyu, izbrany voipyashe iil: gdjevy poim, gakh proslavisisya.
Strength of the weak, Resurrection of the fallen, and Immaculate of them that have fallen asleep, Thou art, O Lord, by Thy fleshly tabernacle: That we may glorify Thee.
And in the temple of the Lord, the Theotokos stood.

Verse 1:
Life is not in belly, nor is it found in wealth,
Nor in the multitude of cattle, nor in the abundance of gold.
Always compunction comes from the fear of God,
And sudden mercy from His goodness.

Not in vain did the ancient ladder stand, and the stranger who froze the way of death, Thy Word readeth us, wherewith we all sing: For Thou hast glorified.
Power on high, O perfected dwelling, God's wisdom, incarnate beyond thought, and by Thee, to men Thou didst converse that Thou mightest glorify Thyself.
Having passed through the unpassable door, encompassed by thy innermost bowels, the sun of righteousness shining and the world in prayer: Thus shalt thou be glorified.
