Troparion of prophecy, voice 3:
Even if you see iniquity, O Lover of mankind, what hope of salvation is there for us, but Your help from above, like Generosity, has been sent down to Your people, Lord.
Glory, and now: and we repeat the same.
Troparion of prophecy, voice 3: If you observe iniquities, Lover of mankind, do we have any hope of salvation? But the Lord, as the Merciful One, sent down Your help from above to Your people!
Glory, even now: and we repeat the same troparion.

Reading the prophecies of Isaiah. [Isa.11:10-16, 12:1-2]
Thus saith the Lord: In that day shall the root of Jesse arise, and he shall arise to rule the tongues; in him shall the nations trust: and there shall be his rest, honour. And on that day the Lord will cause His hand to be shown, and He will be jealous for the remains of the rest of men, whatever remains of the Assyrians, and of Egypt, and of Babylon, and of Ethiopia, and from the Elamites, and from the east of the sun, and from Arabia, and from the islands of the sea. And he will set up a sign in the tongues, and will gather together the lost of Israel, and the scattered of Judah, from the four krils of the earth. And Ephraim’s jealousy will end, and Judah’s enemies will perish: Ephraim will not be jealous of Judah, and Judah will not offend Ephraim. And they will fly in the ships of foreigners, they will take the sea completely into captivity, and those who are from the east of the sun, and Idumite: and they will lay their hands on Moab first, and the sons of Ammon will submit to the first.
And the Lord will make desolate the sea of Egypt, and will lay His hand on the river with a mighty Spirit: and he will smite the wilds for a week, as if he walked on sandals: and there will be a passing My people left in Egypt, and it will be for Israel as in the day when they came out of the land of Egypt. And on that day you said: I will bless You, O Lord, for You were angry with me, and You turned away Your wrath [from me], and You had mercy on me. Behold my God, my Savior, I will trust in Him, and will not fear: for this is my glory and my praise, the Lord, and be my salvation.
Reading the prophecy of Isaiah [11:10–16; 12:1–2]
Thus says the Lord: In that day the root of Jesse will be, and he will rise up to rule the nations; The nations will hope in Him, and His rest will be glory. And it will happen on that day: the Lord will again show His hand to show zeal and find a small remnant of the people who will remain among the Assyrians, and in Egypt, and in Babylon, and in Ethiopia, and among the Elamites, and in the east of the sun, and in Arabia, and on the islands of the sea. And he will raise a standard for the nations, and will gather the lost Israelites, and will gather the scattered Jews from the four corners of the earth. And the envy of Ephraim will cease, and the enemies of Judah will perish. Ephraim will not be jealous of Judah, and Judah will not insult Ephraim. And they will rush on the ships of foreigners, and at the same time they will take possession of the sea, and those who live towards the east of the sun, and Idumea, and first of all they will lay their hands on Moab, and the children of Ammon will be the first to submit. And the Lord will dry up the sea of Egypt, and lay His hand on the river with a strong wind, and will break it into seven streams, so that you can cross it with sandals. And there will be a way for my people who remain in Egypt, and Israel will be as in the day of their departure from the land of Egypt.
And you will say on that day: “I will bless You, Lord: because You were angry with me, but You turned Your anger away from me and had mercy on me. This is my God, my Savior, the Lord; I will trust in Him, and I will be saved by Him, and I will not fear: for my glory and my praise is the Lord; and He was my salvation.”
Prokeimenon (Psalm 54), tone 7: Inspire, O God, my prayer, / and do not despise my prayer.

Prokeimenon (Psalm 54), tone 7: O God, heed my prayer, do not disregard my request!
Verse: Turn to me, hear me: I was upset in my heavy thoughts and was confused!
