Troparion of prophecy, tone 1: Do not forget the voices of your servant, Lord: remember that we always put our trust in You, the All Mighty One, and help us, we pray.
Glory, and now: and we repeat the same.
Troparion of prophecy, voice 1: Do not forget, O Lord, the requests of those who seek Your protection, remember that we have always placed our hope in You, the Almighty, and help us, we pray!
Glory, even now: and we repeat the same troparion.

Reading the prophecies of Isaiah. [Isa.65:8–16]
Thus says the Lord: in this way a berry is found in a dream, and he says, “Thou shalt not destroy it,” for there is a blessing in it: thus will I create one who serves the world, not for the sake of all destroy for his sake. And I will bring forth seed from Jacob, and from Judah, and he will inherit My holy mountain, and My chosen ones and My servants will inherit it, and they will dwell there. And in the oak grove there will be fences of flocks, and the valley of Achor will be a shelter for the beef of My people, who have sought Me. But you who have forsaken Me, and who forget My holy mountain, and who prepare a meal for the demon, and who fulfill the happiness of dissolution: I will hand you over to the sword, all by slaughter You will fall, because I called you, and you did not listen: you have spoken, and have not listened, and have done evil before Me, and have chosen those things which you did not want. For this reason the Lord says: Behold, the laborers will have mercy, but you will hunger.
Behold, those who work in the world will drink, but you will thirst: Behold, those who work in the world will rejoice, but you will be put to shame; behold, those who work in the world will rejoice with gladness of heart, but you will cry out in sickness of your heart, and from contrition of spirit you will weep. Leave your name for the satisfaction of My chosen ones, but the Lord will beat you up. But those who work will call me a new name, even the earth will be blessed: for they will bless the true God.
Reading the prophecy of Isaiah [65:8–16a]
Thus says the Lord: just as when they find a berry on a vine branch, they say, “Do not harm it, for the blessing of the Lord is in it,” so I will do for the sake of the one who serves Me; for his sake I will not destroy them all. And I will bring forth seed from Jacob and from Judah, and it will inherit My holy mountain, and My chosen ones and My servants will inherit it and dwell there. And in the grove there will be fences for the flocks, and the valley of Achor will be a resting place for the oxen of my people, who have sought me. And you, who have abandoned Me, and who forget My holy mountain, and who prepare a meal for the demon, and who prepare dissolved wine for a happy Fate! I will give you over to the sword, you will all fall to the slaughter, for I called you, and you did not listen, I spoke, and you did not heed, and did evil before Me, and chose what I did not want. Therefore this is what the Lord says: Behold, those who serve Me will eat, but you will hunger; Behold, those who serve Me will drink, but you will thirst. Behold, those who serve Me will rejoice, but you will be ashamed; behold, those who serve Me will rejoice with the joy of their hearts, but you will exclaim because of the pain of your heart and weep because of contrition of spirit.
For you leave your name to satisfy My chosen ones, but the Lord God will destroy you, and those who serve Me will be given a new name, which will be blessed on earth, for they will bless the true God.

Prokeimenon (Psalm 118), tone 4: I hastened along the path of Your commandments when You expanded my heart.
