Mighty God, by mercy build everything for the salvation of the human race, visit this servant of yours (name), naming the name of your Christ, heal him from every disease of the flesh and soulful; and let go of sin, and sinful temptations, and all adversity, and all invasion of hostility, make it far from Thy servant. And raise up the sinner from his bed, and establish him in Your Holy Church, healthy in soul and body, and glorifying the name of Your Christ with all people through good deeds, for to You be the glory. We send forth, with Your only begotten Son, and with the Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
