O sacred head, great servant of God, saint of Christ and miracle worker, reverend and God-bearing Father Simon! To you, our heavenly intercessor and warm representative, and with hope we earnestly pray to you: show your mercy to us humble and sinners, and pour out your warm prayers for us to the Lord, Him with the Angels and all the saints in heaven in eternal glory. We know, more holy than God, that mercy is characteristic of you, for while you were still living on this earth, you alone had the care to save the sinful souls of men from destruction: therefore, trembling, with good heart, standing before the terrible throne of the Lord of glory, intercede for our salvation, so that we do not perish through the cruelty of our iniquities. We believe, blessed father, as you, who during your earthly life, with the love of Christ, you loved your neighbor, even more so you love us all in the Lord, being in heaven: we also earnestly pray to you, as you are our Father, that you may always keep us under your protection from all evil.
You, Reverend Father, not only by right faith and good deeds are you well-pleasing to the Lord, but also by teaching others the right to believe and to do the will of God, according to the false promise of Christ, you are called great in the Kingdom of Heaven: in the same way instruct us also, given to you from the Lord grace, so to believe and so to walk the way of the commandments of the Lord, so as not to deviate in any way from the destructive path of unbelief, but even more so to confirm others in orthodoxy and to guide those who sweat on the path of true piety.
We also urgently pray to you, servant of Christ: intercede with the All-Merciful Lady and King of those who reign, may He preserve, under the cover of Your goodness, in health and permanent well-being, our most pious sovereign, Emperor Nikolai Alexandrovich, the entire reigning house, and may He deliver them from all evil of the situation: the Holy Church from heresies and schisms, and may he preserve the Orthodox-Russian state from all rebellion, wars and discords: may he give the shepherds of the Church holy zeal for the salvation of his flock and the enlightenment of the infidels: may he grant wisdom and strength to those in authority, zeal and obedience to his subordinates, perspicacity and impartiality to judges, and fidelity to spouses and unanimity, the parent is reason and piety, the child is meekness and obedience, but for all people, every gift is useful to everyone, every timely help in good deeds and everything that is appropriate for the salvation and glory of God, preserve, Reverend Father, with your God-pleasing prayers, the reigning cities, and all the cities and towns of the powers Russian, and this city, from all evil and attacks of the enemy: all Orthodox people, flowing with love and hope to your protection and piously worshiping your power, fall with your heavenly blessing, and fulfill all their requests for good.
Hey, servant of God! do not despise our prayers, and do not disgrace us from our hope and aspiration. Behold, we are unworthy and humble and have fulfilled many sins, knowing that God will not listen to sinners, but if anyone is a reader of God and does His will, he listens to him, we resort to your intercession, so that with your help and intercession, having lived peacefully and piously on earth, we will be worthy of heavenly blessings of perception, glorifying and exalting the Father and Son and Holy Spirit, One in the Trinity, glorified and worshiped God, and your merciful intercession, forever and ever.
