Ґми́нь.
O Master, Jesus Christ, our Life and Source of immortality, Helper of all visible and invisible creatures, co-eternal with the Father, present in His uncreated Power, both before time began and after it, for many days having taken flesh and being crucified, buried, and rising again for our unthankfulness and sinfulness, by Thy precious Blood renewing our nature corrupted by sin: I, though unworthy, come to Thee, O Life of the heavens, to receive my confession of sins. For I have sinned both against Thee and before Thee, being not worthy to look upon the height of Thy glory: I have offended Thy goodness, transgressing Thy commandments and disobeying Thy will. But Thou, O Merciful, long-suffering, and full of compassion, didst not deliver me over to destruction with my sins, but hast waited for my repentance. For Thou saidst by Thine own loving Word: "For the desire of death is not from Thee, nor hast Thou willed the perishing of Thy creation; but Thou wilt that all be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth." Therefore I, though unworthy of earth and heaven, having lived my allotted time in sin and pleasure, defiling myself and profaning Thine image: yet being created and made by Thee, I do not despair of my salvation, relying on Thy boundless mercy. Receive me, O Lover of mankind, as a sinner, as a robber, as a tax-gatherer, and as a sinner, bearing my heavy burden of sins, the sin of this world, and healing the weakness of human nature, striving and bearing burdens, calling to Thee and comforting, not coming to call the righteous, but sinners for repentance: cleanse me from all uncleanness of body and spirit, and teach me to fulfill Thy commandments in Thy passion: that I may receive with a pure conscience the part of Thy Passion, being united with Thy Body and Blood, and have Thee living and abiding in me, with Thy Father and Spirit as my home. O Jesus Christ, our Life, do not let me partake of the precious and life-giving mysteries of Thy Sacraments through weakness of soul and body, unworthy to receive them: but grant that I may even until the end of my days, without condemnation, receive a portion of Thy Passion, in common fellowship, as an inheritance of eternal life, and in the sweet comfort of Thy judgment: for with all those whom Thou hast prepared loving Thee, O Lord, be I found among the uncorrupted, praised by Thee to the ages. Amen.

҆҆ Мл҃тва в҃, ст҃а́гѡ і҆ѡа́нна златоꙋ́стагѡ:

Ґми́нь.
Ô Lord, my God, I know that I am not worthy and insufficient to enter into the sanctuary of my soul today, for it is empty and desolate, and there is no place in me worthy enough to bow thy head: but as thou didst humble thyself from on high for our sakes, so also now receive my soul, which is humbled. And even as thou wast received in a manger and in the voiceless lips of the Virgin: thus receive also the voiceless lips of my soul, and into my defiled body. And even as thou wast not worthy to enter and to be glorified with the sinners in Simon the leper's house: so also didst thou will to enter and dwell in the humbled house of my soul, which is leprous and sinful. And even as thou didst not anoint like me that sinner and unclean woman who came and touched thee: thus also receive me, O my sinners, coming and touching thee. And even as thou didst not cleanse the foul and impure mouths of those who were whole: so also do thou cleanse my foul and impure lips, and my defiled and sinful tongue. But let me be a coal from thy altar, and the purity of thy blood in cleansing, enlightenment, health, and the healing of my humbled soul and body, in alleviation of many of my sins, in keeping from all evil work of the devil, in quenching and forbidding my wicked and deceitful habit, in the death of passions, in supplying thy commandments, in applying thyself to me as a partaker of thine own grace and kingdom. For thou dost not despise the coming to thee of thy people, but daringly relying on thy ineffable goodness: and let me not be separated from thy communion by much thoughtfulness of the wolf. Therefore I pray thee: for one only art thou, O Holy King, renew my soul and body, heart and bowels, and all in me, root and branch, and let fear of thee take root in my thoughts, and let thy purification remain unshaken within me: and be to me a helper and intercessor, feeding me with life today, worthy to stand before thee with thy saints: through thy prayers and supplications, O Lord, together with the pure servants and powerful forces of thine, and all thy saints, from age to age. Amen.
