Our Father, who art on high, hallowed be Thy name; that Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread: and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors: and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.

O Lord, have mercy on us, O Lord: for all our sins we pray to Thee with compunction of heart, as sinners; have mercy on us. Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. O Lord, have mercy on us, for in hope we cry to Thee: do not be angry with us nor remember against us our transgressions, but look upon us now with a merciful heart, and deliver us from our enemies: Thou art God our King, and we Thy people, all our works are by Thine hand, and by Thee we call. And now and for ever. Amen.
The doors of the Theotokos be opened to us, O blessed Theotokos: trusting in Thee that we may not perish but be delivered by Thee from tribulations: Thou art the salvation of the race of Christians. O Lord, have mercy. [Kyrie.]

Master, O Lord Jesus Christ, our Life and Source of immortality, Helper of all visible and invisible creatures, co-eternal with the Father, present in His power and authority from the beginning, having suffered and died for us in these last days in the flesh, being crucified, buried, and shedding Thy precious blood to renew our nature corrupted by sin: Thou, O Immortal King, receive my sinful confession, incline Thine ear unto me, and hear my words: I have sinned, O Lord, having sinned against Thee and before Thee, and am not worthy to behold the height of Thy glory. I have provoked Thy goodness by transgressing Thy commandments and disobeying Thy will.
But Thou, O merciful, long-suffering, and full of compassion, didst not deliver me over to destruction with my unrighteousness, but willed all to be saved, both in understanding and truth. Therefore, though I am unworthy of all earth and these temporal days, having sinned against Thee by the sweetness of sin, defiling Thy image: yet being created and made by Thee, I do not despair of my salvation, trusting in Thine infinite mercy to come unto Thee.
Receive me, O Lover of mankind, as a harlot, as a robber, as a tax-gatherer, and as a sinner, bearing my heavy burden of sins, the sin of this world, and healing the weakness of human nature, striving and being burdened by calling and comforting, not coming to call the righteous but sinners for repentance: cleanse me from all uncleanness of body and spirit, and teach me to fulfill Thy commandments in Thy passion: that I may receive with a pure conscience the parts of Thy commandments, being united with Thy Body and Blood, and have Thee living and abiding in me, with Thy Father and Spirit. Thou art my Lord Jesus Christ, and I shall not partake of Thy precious and life-giving Mysteries in judgment, nor be weak in body and soul, unworthy to receive them: but grant that even until the end of my days, I may receive a portion of Thy commandments, in common fellowship, as an inheritance of eternal life, and in the blessed light at Thy dread judgment: for with all those whom Thou hast prepared to love Thee, O Lord. Amen.

Ґми́нь.
O Lord my God, I know, indeed, that I am not worthy and insufficient to enter into the sanctuary of my soul today, for all is empty and desolate; and there is no place in me worthy enough for Thee to bow Thine head: but as Thou didst humble Thyself from on high for our sakes, so also now humiliate Thyself with my humility. And even as Thou wast received into the manger and heard the voiceless cries of the beasts: thus receive also the voiceless cries of my soul, and enter into my defiled body.
And even as Thou didst not find it fitting to enter in, but to spend the evening with sinners in the house of Simon the leper: so also Thou hast willed to enter into the house of my humility, which is leprous and sinful. And even as Thou didst not anoint a like sinner and sinful woman who came and touched Thee: thus also Thou dost forgive me, O Soul/Spirit, coming to Thee and touching Thee with sin.
And even as Thou didst not cleanse the foul and unclean lips of those who healed Thee: so also I cleanse my foul and unclean lips and my sinful and unclean hands. But let me be a coal from Thy furnace, O Lord, and Thy blood’s worthiness, in consecration, illumination, health, and the sanctification of my humble soul and body, in alleviation of many of my sins, in keeping from all evil work of the devil, in quenching and forbidding my sinful and crafty habits, in the death of passions, in the supply of Thy commandments, in the application of Thy divine grace, and in the appropriation of Thy kingdom. For Thou dost not despise the coming to Thee, but daring on Thy ineffable goodness: and let me not be far from Thy communion, as a thoughtless wolf is snared.
Therefore I pray Thee: O One God, keep my soul and body, heart and bowels, and all of me, renewing in Me fear of Thee in My hands, making unremovable Thy consecration from me: and be Thou my helper and intercessor, feeding me with life today, worthy to stand before Thee with Thy saints: through Thy prayers and the service of Thy unworthy servants and Thy powerful ones, and all Thy saints, for evermore. Amen.
