From the worldly rebellion you came out, / in the caves of Kiev the blessed Theodosius, God-wisely, dwelt. / the saint of Christ, Father Amphilochius, / and from here into the bishop of the God-saved ordained to the flock of Vladimir-Volhynia,/ in labors, vigils and forgiveness, you labored holyly./ And so you achieved the virtues of perfection,/ and you returned to the holy caves,/ where you piously betrayed your spirit to the Lord, most honorably, / to the face of the holy venerables of the Pechersk venerables, / with them we pray to Christ, most honorably, / to save our souls.
