Like a fragrant bean, / your myrrh-streaming relics / from the vertograd to the Church of the Savior / to the vertograd of the Church of the Mother of God, brought more honorably, / to Saint Guria, / as the gift is honorable, / you having given Christ the Most Pure to His Mother,/ and Her holy church was filled with your fragrance,/ and the bishop’s throne rejoiced,/ having received Thee, its chief presiding officer./ The assembly of the faithful rejoiced with the saint and the clergy/ for the glorious presentation of your celibate relics,/ even as we joyfully celebrate, we pray to you, saint of God:/ pray to Christ God // to grant peace to our souls and great mercy.
