O Soul of Him Who is to come in the clouds, receive Thy reward with those who have loved Thee and have been loved by Thee; for Thou art a stranger in this world, and hast no place among its creatures. Therefore, O Lord, save me from all vanity and delusion, that I may see Thee today in Thy Kingdom, clothed with the brightness of Thy glory. Amen.
Raising Thee from the grave with mighty power, and Hell saw a wonder, and was amazed, and the dead arose: and seeing Thy countenance they rejoiced in Thee, and man shall be glad, and my world singeth Thee forever.
Hail:
Thou art the Light darkened, Thou art the Resurrection of all, and the Life of men, and Thou didst raise up all, holding in Thy deathly power, smiting the gates of Hades with Thy Word: and the dead beheld a wonder, and every creature rejoiceth at Thy resurrection, O Lover of mankind. Therefore we glorify Thee and sing Thy descent, and peace doth praise Thee evermore.
