Къ бцⷣѣ прилѣ́жнѡ ны́нѣ притеце́мъ грѣ́шнїи и҆ смире́ннїи, и҆ припаде́мъ въ покаѧ́нїи зовꙋ́ще и҆з̾ глꙋбины̀ дꙋшѝ: влⷣчце, помозѝ, на ны̀ милосе́рдовавши, потщи́сѧ, погиба́емъ ѿ мно́жества прегрѣше́нїй, не ѿвратѝ твоѧ̑ рабы̑ тщы̀, тѧ́ бо и҆ є҆ди́нꙋ наде́ждꙋ и҆́мамы.
To the Most Pure Theotokos, now we draw near with close humility and confession of our sins, calling upon her from the depths of our souls: Lady, help us, having mercy on thy servant, for in thee alone doth he hope who is perishing from many transgressions.
