Къ бцⷣѣ прилѣ́жнѡ ны́нѣ притеце́мъ грѣ́шнїи и҆ смире́ннїи, и҆ припаде́мъ въ покаѧ́нїи зовꙋ́ще и҆з̾ глꙋбины̀ дꙋшѝ: влⷣчце, помозѝ, на ны̀ милосе́рдовавши, потщи́сѧ, погиба́емъ ѿ мно́жества прегрѣше́нїй, не ѿвратѝ твоѧ̑ рабы̑ тщы̀, тѧ́ бо и҆ є҆ди́нꙋ наде́ждꙋ и҆́мамы.
To the Most Pure Theotokos, now we draw near with close and humble prayer, and we throw ourselves in supplication crying from the depths of our soul: Lady, help us, having shown mercy upon us, hasten to save us who are perishing from many transgressions; do not turn away thy servant's plea, for in thee alone have we hope.
