Glory. And now: Blessed is the Army of the Heavenly King: for though they were earthly martyrs, they sought to attain the dignity of angels—disregarding their bodies and because of their sufferings, they were worthy of the honor of the bodiless. By their prayers, Lord, save our souls!

Stich. And let the brightness of our God be upon us, and may the work of our hands prosper.

Martyr. Blessed is the Army, the Host of the King of Heaven: for though they were earthly athletes, yet they strove to attain an angelic worth, despising their bodies and because of their sufferings, they were worthy of the honor due the bodiless. By their prayers, Lord, save our souls.

Glory, and now: Theotokion. Glory to Thee, O Mother of God, Virgin Chaste, and more glorious than the Cherubim; in voices of hymns we magnify Thee, for with heart and soul we confess Thee as truly born of God the Incarnate One. Pray, Most Pure, for our souls!

Glory… And now… Theotokion. We magnify Thee, O Mother of God, Virgin Chaste, more glorious than the Cherubim, in voices of hymns, for with heart and body we confess Thee as truly born of God Incarnate. Pray, All-Holy, for our souls!

Καὶ νῦν…
