Oh, Most Holy and Most Blessed Mother of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Most Pure Ever-Virgin, Mother of God Mary! We fall down and worship You before Your holy and miraculous icon, since from ancient times You have deigned to glorify here many miracles and countless healings. We humbly pray to You, our Good and Merciful Intercessor, through the intercession of Your saint, the Venerable Anthony of Pechersk, listen to the voice of our sinful prayers, do not despise sighs from the soul, seeing the sorrows and misfortunes that have befallen us, and, like a truly loving Mother, trying to help us, helpless, sad, in our many and serious sins those who have fallen and continually anger our Lord and Creator, we prayed to Him, our Representative, that He may not destroy us through our iniquities, but show us His philanthropic mercy.
Ask us, Lady, from His goodness, bodily health and spiritual salvation, pious and peaceful life, fruitfulness of the earth, goodness of the air, seasonable rains and blessings from above for all our good deeds and undertakings. Seek, O Lady, from the King of those who reign and the Lord who rules our country for victory and conquest against all enemies, and for all Orthodox Christians the mercy of God, prosperity and all good things abundance. Oh, All-Singing Queen, All-Blessed Mother of God, stretch out Your God-bearing hand to Your beloved Son and our God, beg Him to save us all and deliver us from eternal destruction. As in ancient times, in this place, You showed our Father Your mercy, O Lady, and now, O Mother of God, show Your mercy to us: Heal the sick, comfort the sorrowful, Help the needy.
Hasten to all of us to bear the yoke of Christ in patience and humility and grant us a godly end to this earthly life, to receive a Christian unshameful death and the Kingdom of Heaven inherit your maternal intercession to the Lord and our God Jesus Christ, who was born of you, to Him, together with His Beginning Father and the Most Holy Spirit, belongs all glory, honor and worship, now and forever, and to the ages of ages. Amen.
