Accept, O All-merciful Most Pure Lady, Lady Theotokos, these honest gifts from us, Thy unworthy servants, to Thy celibate image the singing of those who send forth with tenderness, as You, who exist here and listen to our prayers, grant with faith the fulfillment of every request of those who ask: you ease sorrows to the afflicted, you grant health to the weak, and to those who are weakened, you heal the sick, and drive away demons from demons, you deliver the offended from insults, and you save the raped, you forgive sinners, you cleanse lepers, and you are kind to little children, and you save the barren from you resolve infertility. Again, Lady Lady, you free from bonds and prisons, and heal all kinds of diverse passions, and heal eye diseases, and deliver from deadly ulcers: everything is possible. the essence of Your intercession to Your Son, Christ our God. Oh, All-Singing Mother, Most Pure Mother of God!
Do not cease to pray for us, Your unworthy servants, who glorify You and honor and worship Your most pure image, and have irrevocable hope and undoubted faith in You, Ever-Virgin, Most Glorious and Immaculate, who glorify, and honor, and sing to Thee forever and ever. Amen.
