Master Lord our God, fulfilled the prayer of Elijah the Thesbite for his love to You, and during the rain sent to the earth, the commanded one to hold fast, also with his prayer fruitful rain given to her: You, Lord of all, from Your very goodness we beseech, the rain is free to give to Your inheritance, and having despised what we have done, Your rains send down on the demanding and begging place: make glad the face of the earth, the poor for the sake of your people, and babies and livestock, and all others who yearn for you, even if you give food for their good time. For You are our God, the God who has mercy and save us, and to You we send glory, to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
