By the Life-giving Hand,
Omnipotent and having risen from dark deceptions,
Life-bearer, Thou hast raised all Jesus Christ,
Raising also the human race:
For He is the Saviour of all,

Through every season and at every hour, on high and on earth, we bow down and glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, long-suffering, full of mercy, rich in goodness, righteous to those who love, merciful to sinners, calling all to salvation for the promise of future good: Thou, O Lord, hear our prayer at this present time, and make our life according to Thy commandments, sanctify our soul, cleanse our body, rectify our thoughts, purify our mind, and deliver us from every tribulation and sickness. Keep us under the protection of Thy holy angels, that by their intercession we may be kept and instructed, and attain in unity of faith and understanding of Thy ineffable glory: Blessed art Thou for ever and ever, Amen.

Most glorious Cherubim, and most renowned Seraphim, we magnify thy unflappable words of God's glory, O Theotokos, that gave birth thereto, being in very truth thou whom we venerate.

Blessed be Thou, O Lord, and all Thy creatures hasten to Thee, and by Thine unspeakable mercy, O Only-Begotten of the Father, Who art our Jesus Christ, Thou didst send down upon the salvation of our race, and by Thy most precious Body Thou didst tear in pieces the written record of our sins, and having overcome those powers of darkness: Thou, Most Kind to man, receive our sinful prayers and supplications, and deliver us from every subtle and dark sin, and all them that seek us, both visible and invisible enemies. Pierce with Thy fear our flesh, and do not incline the hearts of ours to words and thoughts of wickedness; but by Thine love enlighten our souls, that ever looking upon Thee, and being instructed by Thee in the light, we offer Thee unceasingly, before Thee, without beginning, with Thy Only-Begotten Son, and all ye holy ones, and life-giving Spirit, now and ever, and to the ages of ages. Amen.
