By the Life-giving Hand,
Having died from dark deceptions,
Life-bearer, Thou didst raise all Jesus Christ,
Raising to life the human race:
For He is the Saviour of all,
Raising both life and God of all.
O Lord, have mercy, Thee.
Through every season and in every hour, on high and on earth, we bow down and glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, long-suffering, full of mercy, rich in goodness, righteous to those who love, merciful to sinners, calling all to salvation for the promise of future good: Thou, O Lord, hear our prayer at this hour, and make our life according to Thy commandments, sanctify our soul, cleanse our body, correct our thoughts, purify our mind, and deliver us from every kind of trouble and sickness. Keep us by Thy holy angels, that through their intercession we may be kept and instructed, attaining in unity of faith, and in the understanding of Thy ineffable glory: For Thou art blessed for ever and ever, Amen.

Most glorious Cherubim, and most renowned Seraphim, we magnify thy unflappable words of God's glory, O Theotokos, that gave birth thereto, being in very truth thy great honor.
By the prayers of our holy Mother, Jesus Christ, O Lord, have mercy on us, amen.

Lord, and Thou, O Lord, grant us strength, and all things to be done by Thy holy will, for the sake of Thy mercy, which is without measure, from Him Who is the only-begotten Son of Thine, our God Jesus Christ, Whose glory is with Thee now and forever. Having sent Him upon the salvation of our race, and having written His commandments in a book of mercy, He has torn to pieces by them all the works of sin, and has overcome both the rulers and the powers of darkness: Thou, O Master, receive our prayers and supplications, and deliver us from every evil, visible and invisible, who seek to harm us. Fasten upon our flesh the fear of Thee, that we may not incline our hearts to words or thoughts of wickedness; but by Thy love enkindle our souls, that ever looking unto Thee, and being taught by Thee with the light of Thy countenance, Thou art the unapproachable and yet present Light, the ceaseless confession and thanksgiving we offer Thee, without beginning and without end, together with Thine only-begotten Son, and all holy ones, and the Life-giving Spirit, now and ever, and to the ages of ages. Amen.
