Прича́щшисѧ є҆́ѵа садꙋ̀, преслꙋша́ннагѡ бра́шна, клѧ́твꙋ введѐ: / но сїю̀ разрѣ́шила є҆сѝ чⷭ҇таѧ, / бл҃гослове́нїѧ нача́токъ хрⷭ҇та̀ ро́ждши.
Partaking of the Saviour's passion, hearing the bread blessed, I took the oath:
But this Thou didst release, O Reader,
Blessed beginnings of the Theotokos' birth.
Припѣ́въ: Прест҃а́ѧ бцⷣе, сп҃сѝ на́съ.
Response: The Theotokos, save us.
Ꙗ҆́же би́сера ѿ бж҃е́ственныѧ мо́лнїи хрⷭ҇та̀ ро́ждши, / страсте́й мои́хъ мглꙋ̀, и҆ прегрѣше́нїй смꙋще́нїе чⷭ҇таѧ, / разженѝ свѣ́томъ твоеѧ̀ свѣ́тлости.
Since the thunder of thy heavenly lightning brought me to birth from the storms of thy Christ,
my passions being darkened and overcome by a greater heat,
I have been kindled by the light of thy glory.
Сла́ва ѻ҆ц҃ꙋ̀ и҆ сн҃ꙋ и҆ ст҃о́мꙋ д¦ꙋ.
Glory to Thee, and to Thy Son, and to Thy Holy Spirit.
Ꙗ҆зы́кѡвъ ча́ѧнїе, і҆а́кѡвъ и҆з̾ тебѐ воплоща́емаго / предзрѧ́ше та́йнѡ ѹ҆́мныма ѻ҆чи́ма бг҃а, / и҆зба́вльшаго на́съ хода́тайствомъ твои́мъ.
Prayer for the Languages, as Jacob beheld the manifestation of Him who was to be incarnate / foreseeing it with his spiritual eyes, / and by thy intercession deliver us.
И҆ ны́нѣ и҆ при́снѡ и҆ во вѣ́ки вѣкѡ́въ. а҆ми́нь.
And now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
Ѡ҆скꙋдѣ́вшымъ кнѧзє́мъ ѿ колѣ́на і҆ꙋ́дова пречⷭ҇таѧ, / сн҃ъ тво́й и҆ бг҃ъ, / проше́дъ во́ждь, над̾ концы̀ земны́ми / ны́нѣ вои́стиннꙋ воцр҃и́сѧ.
O those who cried to the King from the knee of Juda,
thou art thy God,
having gone forth as a leader, over the ends of the earth,
now indeed manifestest thyself.
Катава́сїа: Ѿве́рзꙋ ѹ҆ста̀ моѧ̑, / и҆ напо́лнѧтсѧ д¦а, / и҆ сло́во ѿры́гнꙋ цр҃и́цѣ мт҃ри, / и҆ ꙗ҆влю́сѧ свѣ́тлѡ торжествꙋ́ѧ, / и҆ воспою̀ ра́дꙋѧсѧ тоѧ̀ чꙋдеса̀.
Overture: Overtake me, O Lord, /
And fill my heart, /
And let the word of thy righteousness shine forth from my lips, /
And let the light of thy triumph appear, /
And I will sing with joy of thy wonders.
