Прича́щшисѧ є҆́ѵа садꙋ̀, преслꙋша́ннагѡ бра́шна, клѧ́твꙋ введѐ: / но сїю̀ разрѣ́шила є҆сѝ чⷭ҇таѧ, / бл҃гослове́нїѧ нача́токъ хрⷭ҇та̀ ро́ждши.
Partaking of the Saviour's passion, hearing the bread of affliction, I have brought in vain: / but this Thou hast granted me, O Reader, / blessing the beginning of Thy birth.

Ꙗ҆́же би́сера ѿ бж҃е́ственныѧ мо́лнїи хрⷭ҇та̀ ро́ждши, / страсте́й мои́хъ мглꙋ̀, и҆ прегрѣше́нїй смꙋще́нїе чⷭ҇таѧ, / разженѝ свѣ́томъ твоеѧ̀ свѣ́тлости.
Since the thunderbolt of God's lightning hath brought forth the precious pearl of Theotokos,
my sorrows and darkness have been overcome by its purifying power,
and I am enlightened by the light of Thy glory.
Сла́ва ѻ҆ц҃ꙋ̀ и҆ сн҃ꙋ и҆ ст҃о́мꙋ д¦ꙋ.
Glory to Thee, and to Thy Son, and to Thy Holy Spirit.
Ꙗ҆зы́кѡвъ ча́ѧнїе, і҆а́кѡвъ и҆з̾ тебѐ воплоща́емаго / предзрѧ́ше та́йнѡ ѹ҆́мныма ѻ҆чи́ма бг҃а, / и҆зба́вльшаго на́съ хода́тайствомъ твои́мъ.
Prayer for the Languages, as Jacob beheld the Fulfilled One / foreseeing with his holy eyes the Mystery of God, / who delivered us through thy intercessions.
И҆ ны́нѣ и҆ при́снѡ и҆ во вѣ́ки вѣкѡ́въ. а҆ми́нь.

Ѡ҆скꙋдѣ́вшымъ кнѧзє́мъ ѿ колѣ́на і҆ꙋ́дова пречⷭ҇таѧ, / сн҃ъ тво́й и҆ бг҃ъ, / проше́дъ во́ждь, над̾ концы̀ земны́ми / ны́нѣ вои́стиннꙋ воцр҃и́сѧ.
O those who have humbled themselves before the King of the Judaic tribe, thy God, / thou hast heard the leader, over all the ends of the earth, / now indeed manifestest thyself in truth.

Overture: Bow down to my heart, /
And let it be filled, /
And the word of thy fire burn in me, /
And let there shine a light of triumph, /
And I will sing rejoicing at these wonders.
