Прича́щшисѧ є҆́ѵа садꙋ̀, преслꙋша́ннагѡ бра́шна, клѧ́твꙋ введѐ: / но сїю̀ разрѣ́шила є҆сѝ чⷭ҇таѧ, / бл҃гослове́нїѧ нача́токъ хрⷭ҇та̀ ро́ждши.
Partaking of the Saviour's passion, hearing the bread blessed, I took the oath:
But this Thou didst release, Blessed Reader,
blessing the beginning of Thy birth.
Припѣ́въ: Прест҃а́ѧ бцⷣе, сп҃сѝ на́съ.
Response: The Theotokos, save us.
Ꙗ҆́же би́сера ѿ бж҃е́ственныѧ мо́лнїи хрⷭ҇та̀ ро́ждши, / страсте́й мои́хъ мглꙋ̀, и҆ прегрѣше́нїй смꙋще́нїе чⷭ҇таѧ, / разженѝ свѣ́томъ твоеѧ̀ свѣ́тлости.
Since the thunderbolt of God's lightning brought forth the berry of Jesus Christ,
my passions being darkened and made more intense by suffering,
are kindled with the light of thy glory.
Сла́ва ѻ҆ц҃ꙋ̀ и҆ сн҃ꙋ и҆ ст҃о́мꙋ д¦ꙋ.
Glory to Thee, and to Thy Son, and to Thy Holy Spirit.
Ꙗ҆зы́кѡвъ ча́ѧнїе, і҆а́кѡвъ и҆з̾ тебѐ воплоща́емаго / предзрѧ́ше та́йнѡ ѹ҆́мныма ѻ҆чи́ма бг҃а, / и҆зба́вльшаго на́съ хода́тайствомъ твои́мъ.
Prayer for the Languages, as Jacob beheld the mystery with his eyes, foreseeing it by the Spirit of God, and having delivered us through thy intercession.
И҆ ны́нѣ и҆ при́снѡ и҆ во вѣ́ки вѣкѡ́въ. а҆ми́нь.
And now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
Ѡ҆скꙋдѣ́вшымъ кнѧзє́мъ ѿ колѣ́на і҆ꙋ́дова пречⷭ҇таѧ, / сн҃ъ тво́й и҆ бг҃ъ, / проше́дъ во́ждь, над̾ концы̀ земны́ми / ны́нѣ вои́стиннꙋ воцр҃и́сѧ.
O those who contended with the prince of the Jews, cried out,
Thy God, O God,
Having gone forth the leader, over all the ends of the earth,
Now indeed is exalted in truth.
Катава́сїа: Ѿве́рзꙋ ѹ҆ста̀ моѧ̑, / и҆ напо́лнѧтсѧ д¦а, / и҆ сло́во ѿры́гнꙋ цр҃и́цѣ мт҃ри, / и҆ ꙗ҆влю́сѧ свѣ́тлѡ торжествꙋ́ѧ, / и҆ воспою̀ ра́дꙋѧсѧ тоѧ̀ чꙋдеса̀.
Overtura: Overtwist me, O Lord, / and I shall be filled, / and the word of thy righteousness shall run through the heart of the King, / and the light of the triumph shall shine forth, / and I will sing rejoicing in these wonders.
