Чин пения двенадцати псалмов,

how the venerable desert fathers sang them day and night, which is remembered in the books of the fathers and in the lives and torment of many saints.
This rite was brought from the Holy Mountain by the Monk Dosifei, Archimandrite of the Kiev Pechersk.

If the priest says: Blessed is our God, always, now and ever, and unto ages of ages.

If you are unsacred: Through the prayers of our holy fathers, Lord Jesus Christ our God, have mercy on us. Amen.

Glory to Thee, our God, glory to Thee.

Heavenly King, Comforter, Soul of truth, Who is everywhere and fulfills everything, Treasure of good things and Giver of life, come and dwell in us, and cleanse us from all filthiness, and save us, Good, our souls.

Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us. three times.

Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.

Most Holy Trinity, have mercy on us; Lord, cleanse our sins; Master, forgive our iniquities; Holy One, visit and heal our infirmities, for Thy name's sake.

Lord, have mercy, three times.

Glory, and now:

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Your name, Your kingdom come, Your will be done, as it is in Heaven and on earth. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts, just as we forgive our debtors; and do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.

Come, let us worship the King our God.

Come, let us worship and fall down before Christ, our King God.

Come, let us bow and fall down to Christ Himself, the King and our God.

Psalm 26

[{A Psalm} of David.] The LORD {is} my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD {is} the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
When the wicked, {even} mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. {came...: Heb. approached against me}
Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this {will} I {be} confident.
One {thing} have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple. {the beauty: or, the delight}
For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.
And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD. {joy: Heb. shouting}
Hear, O LORD, {when} I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me.
{When thou saidst}, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek. {When...: or, My heart said unto thee, Let my face seek thy face, etc}
Hide not thy face {far} from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation.
When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up. {take...: Heb. gather me}
Teach me thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies. {a plain...: Heb. a way of plainness} {mine...: Heb. those which observe me}
Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.
{I had fainted}, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.
Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

Psalm 31

[{A Psalm} of David, Maschil.] Blessed {is he whose} transgression {is} forgiven, {whose} sin {is} covered. {A Psalm...: or, A Psalm of David giving instruction}
Blessed {is} the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit {there is} no guile.
When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.
For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.
I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him. {when...: Heb. of finding}
Thou {art} my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. {guide...: Heb. counsel thee, mine eye shall be upon thee}
Be ye not as the horse, {or} as the mule, {which} have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.
Many sorrows {shall be} to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.
Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all {ye that are} upright in heart.

Psalm 56

[To the chief Musician, Altaschith, Michtam of David, when he fled from Saul in the cave.] Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until {these} calamities be overpast. {Altaschith: or, Destroy not} {Michtam: or, A golden Psalm}
I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth {all things} for me.
He shall send from heaven, and save me {from} the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth. {from the...: or, he reproacheth him that}
My soul {is} among lions: {and} I lie {even among} them that are set on fire, {even} the sons of men, whose teeth {are} spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword.
Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; {let} thy glory {be} above all the earth.
They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down: they have digged a pit before me, into the midst whereof they are fallen {themselves}. Selah.
My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise. {fixed: or, prepared}
Awake up, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp: I {myself} will awake early.
I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: I will sing unto thee among the nations.
For thy mercy {is} great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds.
Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: {let} thy glory {be} above all the earth.

Lord, have mercy. (Thrice)

Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.

Тропари, глас 1

Open the embrace of the Father to me, I am destitute of my life, look upon the unexpectable wealth of Your bounties, O Savior, do not despise my now impoverished heart. For you, Lord, I call with tenderness: I have sinned in Heaven and before You.

Glory: When God came to earth with glory, / and everyone trembled: / the river of fire was drawn before the judge, / the books were unbent, and the secret one was revealed: / then deliver me from the fire inextinguishable, // and grant me at Your right hand to become the most righteous Judge.

And now: Mother of God, the light of all, the Virgin truly, and who appeared at the Nativity, with love resorting to Your goodness: For You are the imams, sinners, the intercessor and You are the acquisitor in adversity salvation, the One All-Immaculate.

Therefore: Lord, have mercy, 40. Also, Come, let us worship: Three times.

Psalm 33

[{A Psalm} of David, when he changed his behaviour before Abimelech; who drove him away, and he departed.] I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise {shall} continually {be} in my mouth. {Abimelech: or, Achish}
My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear {thereof}, and be glad.
O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.
I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed. {were lightened: or, they flowed unto him}
This poor man cried, and the LORD heard {him}, and saved him out of all his troubles.
The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.
O taste and see that the LORD {is} good: blessed {is} the man {that} trusteth in him.
O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for {there is} no want to them that fear him.
The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good {thing}.
Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.
What man {is he that} desireth life, {and} loveth {many} days, that he may see good?
Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
The eyes of the LORD {are} upon the righteous, and his ears {are open} unto their cry.
The face of the LORD {is} against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
{The righteous} cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
The LORD {is} nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. {unto...: Heb. to the broken of heart} {of a contrite...: Heb. contrite of spirit}
Many {are} the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.
He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken.
Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate. {desolate: or, guilty}
The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate. {desolate: or, guilty}

Psalm 38

[To the chief Musician, {even} to Jeduthun, A Psalm of David.] I said, I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not with my tongue: I will keep my mouth with a bridle, while the wicked is before me. {my mouth...: Heb. a bridle, or, muzzle for my mouth}
I was dumb with silence, I held my peace, {even} from good; and my sorrow was stirred. {stirred: Heb. troubled}
My heart was hot within me, while I was musing the fire burned: {then} spake I with my tongue,
LORD, make me to know mine end, and the measure of my days, what it {is; that} I may know how frail I {am}. {how...: or, what time I have here}
Behold, thou hast made my days {as} an handbreadth; and mine age {is} as nothing before thee: verily every man at his best state {is} altogether vanity. Selah. {at...: Heb. settled}
Surely every man walketh in a vain shew: surely they are disquieted in vain: he heapeth up {riches}, and knoweth not who shall gather them. {a vain...: Heb. an image}
And now, Lord, what wait I for? my hope {is} in thee.
Deliver me from all my transgressions: make me not the reproach of the foolish.
I was dumb, I opened not my mouth; because thou didst {it}.
Remove thy stroke away from me: I am consumed by the blow of thine hand. {blow: Heb. conflict}
When thou with rebukes dost correct man for iniquity, thou makest his beauty to consume away like a moth: surely every man {is} vanity. Selah. {his...: Heb. that which is to be desired in him to melt away}
Hear my prayer, O LORD, and give ear unto my cry; hold not thy peace at my tears: for I {am} a stranger with thee, {and} a sojourner, as all my fathers {were}.
O spare me, that I may recover strength, before I go hence, and be no more.

Psalm 40

[To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.] Blessed {is} he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. {the poor: or, the weak, or, sick} {in time...: Heb. in the day of evil}
The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; {and} he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies. {thou...: or, do not thou deliver}
The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness. {make: Heb. turn}
I said, LORD, be merciful unto me: heal my soul; for I have sinned against thee.
Mine enemies speak evil of me, When shall he die, and his name perish?
And if he come to see {me}, he speaketh vanity: his heart gathereth iniquity to itself; {when} he goeth abroad, he telleth {it}.
All that hate me whisper together against me: against me do they devise my hurt. {my...: Heb. evil to me}
An evil disease, {say they}, cleaveth fast unto him: and {now} that he lieth he shall rise up no more. {An...: Heb. A thing of Belial}
Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up {his} heel against me. {mine...: Heb. the man of my peace} {lifted...: Heb. magnified}
But thou, O LORD, be merciful unto me, and raise me up, that I may requite them.
By this I know that thou favourest me, because mine enemy doth not triumph over me.
And as for me, thou upholdest me in mine integrity, and settest me before thy face for ever.
Blessed {be} the LORD God of Israel from everlasting, and to everlasting. Amen, and Amen.

Тропари, глас 4

Visit my humble soul, Lord, who has spent all her life in sins: in the image of a harlot, accept me and save me.

Glory: All my life I have been dependent on the Lord, accursed with harlots, like the prodigal I call with tenderness: Heavenly Father, when I have sinned, cleanse and save me, and do not deny me having withdrawn from You, and now become impoverished by divine deeds.

And now: Let us now approach the Mother of God diligently, sinners and humility, and let us fall in repentance, calling from the depths of our souls: Lady, help us, having had mercy on us, struggling, we perish from many sins, do not turn away Your servants vain, You and the only hope of the Imams.

Therefore: Lord, have mercy, 40. Also, Come, let us worship: Three times.

Psalm 69

[To the chief Musician, {A Psalm} of David, to bring to remembrance.] {Make haste}, O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O LORD. {to help...: Heb. to my help}
Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt.
Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say, Aha, aha.
Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.
But I {am} poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou {art} my help and my deliverer; O LORD, make no tarrying.

Psalm 70

In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.
Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape: incline thine ear unto me, and save me.
Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou {art} my rock and my fortress. {Be...: Heb. Be thou to me for a rock of habitation}
Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.
For thou {art} my hope, O Lord GOD: {thou art} my trust from my youth.
By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise {shall be} continually of thee.
I am as a wonder unto many; but thou {art} my strong refuge.
Let my mouth be filled {with} thy praise {and with} thy honour all the day.
Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength faileth.
For mine enemies speak against me; and they that lay wait for my soul take counsel together, {lay...: Heb. watch, or, observe}
Saying, God hath forsaken him: persecute and take him; for {there is} none to deliver {him}.
O God, be not far from me: O my God, make haste for my help.
Let them be confounded {and} consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered {with} reproach and dishonour that seek my hurt.
But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more.
My mouth shall shew forth thy righteousness {and} thy salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers {thereof}.
I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD: I will make mention of thy righteousness, {even} of thine only.
O God, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works.
Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto {this} generation, {and} thy power to every one {that} is to come. {when...: Heb. unto old age and gray hairs} {thy strength: Heb. thine arm}
Thy righteousness also, O God, {is} very high, who hast done great things: O God, who {is} like unto thee!
{Thou}, which hast shewed me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken me again, and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth.
Thou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.
I will also praise thee with the psaltery, {even} thy truth, O my God: unto thee will I sing with the harp, O thou Holy One of Israel. {the psaltery: Heb. the instrument of psaltery}
My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed.
My tongue also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded, for they are brought unto shame, that seek my hurt.

Psalm 76

[To the chief Musician, to Jeduthun, A Psalm of Asaph.] I cried unto God with my voice, {even} unto God with my voice; and he gave ear unto me. {of: or, for}
In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord: my sore ran in the night, and ceased not: my soul refused to be comforted. {sore: Heb. hand}
I remembered God, and was troubled: I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah.
Thou holdest mine eyes waking: I am so troubled that I cannot speak.
I have considered the days of old, the years of ancient times.
I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.
Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more?
Is his mercy clean gone for ever? doth {his} promise fail for evermore? {for evermore: Heb. to generation and generation?}
Hath God forgotten to be gracious? hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah.
And I said, This {is} my infirmity: {but I will remember} the years of the right hand of the most High.
I will remember the works of the LORD: surely I will remember thy wonders of old.
I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings.
Thy way, O God, {is} in the sanctuary: who {is so} great a God as {our} God?
Thou {art} the God that doest wonders: thou hast declared thy strength among the people.
Thou hast with {thine} arm redeemed thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.
The waters saw thee, O God, the waters saw thee; they were afraid: the depths also were troubled.
The clouds poured out water: the skies sent out a sound: thine arrows also went abroad. {poured...: Heb. were poured forth with water}
The voice of thy thunder {was} in the heaven: the lightnings lightened the world: the earth trembled and shook.
Thy way {is} in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known.
Thou leddest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.

Тропари, глас 6

I think about the terrible day and weep for my evil deeds: how will I answer the Immortal King, or with what boldness will I look at the Judge, you prodigal one? Gracious Father, Only Begotten Son and Holy Soul, have mercy on me.

Glory: In the lamentable vale, in the place, even as you bequeathed, when you sat down, O Merciful One, to carry out righteous judgment, do not reprove my secret one, lower shame me before the Angels, but have mercy on me, O God, and have mercy on me.

And now: Open the doors of mercy to us, blessed Mother of God, who trust in You, may we not perish, but may we be delivered from troubles by You: for You are the salvation of the Christian race.

Lord, have mercy, 40. Also, Come, let us worship: Three times.

Psalm 101

[A Prayer of the afflicted, when he is overwhelmed, and poureth out his complaint before the LORD.] Hear my prayer, O LORD, and let my cry come unto thee. {of: or, for}
Hide not thy face from me in the day {when} I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day {when} I call answer me speedily.
For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as an hearth. {like...: or, (as some read) into smoke}
My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread.
By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin. {skin: or, flesh}
I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert.
I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top.
Mine enemies reproach me all the day; {and} they that are mad against me are sworn against me.
For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping,
Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: for thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down.
My days {are} like a shadow that declineth; and I am withered like grass.
But thou, O LORD, shalt endure for ever; and thy remembrance unto all generations.
Thou shalt arise, {and} have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.
So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.
When the LORD shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory.
He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.
This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD.
For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did the LORD behold the earth;
To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death; {those...: Heb. the children of death}
To declare the name of the LORD in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem;
When the people are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve the LORD.
He weakened my strength in the way; he shortened my days. {weakened: Heb. afflicted}
I said, O my God, take me not away in the midst of my days: thy years {are} throughout all generations.
Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens {are} the work of thy hands.
They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed: {endure: Heb. stand}
But thou {art} the same, and thy years shall have no end.
The children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be established before thee.

Молитва Манассии, царя Иудейска

Lord Almighty, God the father of us, Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and the seed of their righteous one: who created the heavens and the earth with all their beauty, who bound the sea with the word of command. Thine, having closed the abyss, and sealed with Thy terrible and glorious name, whom all fear, and tremble at the face of Thy power, as no one can stand before the splendor Thy glory, and unbearable wrath against the sinners of Thy rebuke. Immeasurable and unfathomable is the mercy of Your promise: for You are the Lord Most High, gracious. long-suffering and abundantly merciful, and repent of the wickedness of men. You, Lord, by the multitude of Your goodness, have You promised repentance and forgiveness for those who have sinned against You, and by the multitude of Your bounties, You have ordained repentance for the sinner for salvation. For You, the Lord God of hosts, did not order repentance for the righteous, Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, who did not sin against You. But you have laid repentance upon me, a sinner: I have sinned more than the sand of the sea.

My iniquities have multiplied, O Lord, my iniquities have multiplied: and I am not worthy to look and see the heights of heaven because of the multitude of my iniquities. I am bound by many chains of iron, so that my head cannot be proclaimed, and I cannot bear weakness: I was angered by Thy wrath, and I did evil in Thy sight, without having done the will. Yours, and not keeping Your commandments. And now I bow the knee of my heart, demanding from You goodness: I have sinned, Lord, I have sinned, and I know my iniquities, but I ask, praying, weaken me, Lord, weaken me, and do not destroy me with my iniquities. Below in the age of enmity you have kept my evils, below you will condemn me to the depths of the earth. Thou art God, the God of the repentant, and show all Thy goodness to me, for I am unworthy, save me according to the abundance of Thy mercy, and I will praise Thee in the days of my life, for All the power of heaven sings to You, and Yours is the glory forever and ever, Amen.

Also:

Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will to men. We praise Thee, we bless Thee, we bow to Thee, we glorify Thee, we thank Thee, great one, for the sake of Thy glory. Lord, Heavenly King, God, Father Almighty, Lord Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, and Holy Soul. Lord God, Lamb of God, Son of the Father, take away the sin of the world, have mercy on us. Take away the sins of the world, accept our prayer. Sit at the right hand of the Father, have mercy on us. For You are the only Holy One; You are one Lord, Jesus Christ, to the glory of God the Father, amen. I will bless You every day and praise Your name forever and ever. Lord, you have been our refuge forever and ever. Az reh: Lord, have mercy on me, heal my soul, for I have sinned against You. Lord, I have come to You, teach me to do Your will, for You are my God, for You are the source of life, in Your light we will see light. Show Thy mercy to those who lead Thee. Grant, Lord, that on this day we may be preserved without sin.

Blessed are you, Lord God, our father, and praised and glorified is your name forever, amen. May Thy mercy be upon us, Lord, as we trust in Thee. Blessed are You, Lord, teach me by Your justification. Blessed are You, Master, enlighten me with Your justification. Blessed are You, Holy One, enlighten me with Your justification. Lord, Your mercy endures forever, do not despise the work of Your hand: Praise is due to You, Singing is due to You, Glory is due to You, Father, and Son, and Holy Spirit, now and forever, forever and ever, amen.

Молитва святаго Евстратия

I magnify you, Lord, for you have looked upon my humility, and have shut me up in the hands of the enemy, but you have saved my soul from need. And now, Master, may Thy hand cover me, and may Thy mercy come upon me, for my soul is troubled and painful in its origin, from my cursed and unclean this body. Let the evil one destroy the council and crush you in darkness for the unknown and known sins of my life. Be merciful to me, Master, and may my soul not see the gloomy gaze of crafty demons, but may the Angels receive Your luminaries and luminaries. Give glory to Your holy name, and by Your power lead me to Your Divine Judgment, never to be judged by me, so that the hand of the prince of this world will not accept me, even to tear me out me, a sinner, into the depths of hell, but appear to me, and be my Savior and Intercessor. Bodily and this torment and joy are Thy servant.

Have mercy, Lord, on my soul, defiled by the passions of this life: and accept it clean through repentance and confession, for blessed are you forever and ever, amen.

Same, Trisagion. And according to Our Father:

Тропари, глас 8

With your gracious eye, Lord, you see my humility, as little by little my life is spent, and there is no salvation for me from deeds. For this reason I pray: with your gracious eye, Lord, see my humility and save me.

Glory: My age is ending, / and Your terrible throne is being prepared, / my life is passing by, / judgment awaits me, burdening me with fiery torment, / and an unquenchable flame. / Give me a cloud of tears and extinguish its power, / so that the whole person may be saved.

And now: Who for our sake was born of a Virgin / and endured crucifixion, the Good One, / brought death to death, / and the resurrection of manifestations, as God, / do not despise what You created with Your hand; / Reveal Your love for mankind, O Merciful One, / accept the Mother of God who gave birth to You, praying for us, / and save, O our Savior, desperate people.

Also, Lord, have mercy, 40. And let go.
