The Blessed Virgin Mary was awarded great honor through the birth of the Savior to the whole world; countless people received salvation through Her. No person and not even one of the Angels has served as much for the salvation of people as the Most Holy of all saints, the Virgin Mary. No one on earth has ever strove so strongly for God; no one was so completely devoted to Him as the Blessed Virgin Mary. For such a pious life, the Lord God honored Her with the high honor of being the Mother of the Savior to the whole world.
