Glory to Thee, O Lord, glory to Thee! For Thou art life (жизнь) from all eternity, and unto Thee do we lift up our voice, saying with compunction of heart: Thy kingdom is an eternal kingdom (царствие Твое живот вечный).
The bottomless pit of sins hath overgrown me, and my spirit doth vanish away: but stretch Thou Thy high exalted arm, as a rock to uphold me, O Saviour.
Infinite depth of mercy and goodness hath encompassed me, O Merciful: for thou hast been made incarnate, and by thy servitude to the image of man, thou didst redeem us, glorifying thyself with us.
Death, O Death, where is thy sting? The Resurrection, O Death, hath revealed thee: thou art vanquished by the triumph of Thy Resurrection, O Lord. Thy deathly coasts have been made a spectacle; Thou hast shown forth to us the images of life eternal. And by these Thy trophies over death shall conquer and prevail.
O Theotokos,
Praying, where Thou alone, Creator and Man, hast come forth by Thy own will, with Thy prayer, O Lord, for Thy sinful servants, beseech Thee to be our avenger.

And He
Irimos: Selēníe iōna.
By dawn thou hast tried us, O Incarnate One from the heavens, by thy stripes we were healed. Therefore call upon thee: Lift up my soul, O Lover of Mankind.
Thou hast opened unto Thee the gates of fear, O Lord of hell; the vessels of thy enemies doth Thou exalt: therefore those women met Thee, receiving joy instead of sorrow.
And Jehovah.
This hymn of the same.
It is imagined by us, O Soul/Spirit, of those uncorruptible powers, and in the image of an inseparable image having become a thing of nothingness, man did not yield to divine glory.
O Lord, and Thou Sea of Sins, and Storms of Passions, save me: for Thou art a Refuge, and Sea of Wonders, to those who come to Thee with Faith.
