In the Lord's Day at Matins

By the sticheron of the sedimena, the Gloria in excelsis is sung, and the tone is the third.

Blessed Joseph, having taken thy holy body from the tree by thy own will, with a cloth thou didst wrap it and with blessings thou didst cover it in the grave, laying it down: but for three days thou wast raised up by God, giving to the world great mercy.
Sláva:

And now, O Theotokos:

Blessed be Thee, O Lady, we sing to Thee: by Thy precious Name death was vanquished, and the devil cast down; and we, having been made alive from the dead, have received life eternal: therefore with thanksgiving we glorify the mighty power of our God and King, and of Him Who is one in majesty.

According to the appointed sticheron for the sedalitza, the tone is third.

Stone of death thou didst not seal, O Lord, but by the rock of faith didst Thou raise Thee from the dead, granting unto all, O Glory of Thy Majesty.
Sláva:

And now, O Theotokos:

Blessed art thou, O Theotokos, having been incarnate by thyself and from thee hath Adam been loosed from the bonds of death, and Eve hath been set free, and death hath been destroyed; therefore we do rejoice. Through these we cry to thee: Blessed is Jesus Christ, God's well-willed one, glory be to thee.

Wandering into the tomb of the woman who anointed Thy Body, O Lord, behold the angels in the tomb, and were struck with fear: for they heard a voice from them, saying, "He is risen, having given to all the great gift of life."

Stepénnaya. Ántiphón:

In heaven, O Soul, I open the doors of my heart, to Thee I cry, save me with Thy holy consecration.

Merciful Lord, forgive us sinners Thy many, at every hour, by Thee my God, and grant that the likeness may be seen before Thine eyes.

Glory, and now:

O Soul/Spirit of God, worthy to reign, to sanctify, and to strive the creation: for God is One in essence and in word.

Antiphon v.:

А҆́ще не гдⷭ҇ь бы бы́лъ въ на́съ, кто̀ дово́ленъ цѣ́лъ сохране́нъ бы́ти ѿ врага̀, кꙋ́пнѡ и҆ человѣкоꙋбі́йцы;
If the Lord had not been in us, who would have been worthy to be whole and preserved from the enemy, the murderer of mankind?

Let not their teeth assail my salvation, O Thy servant: for they strive against me in the likeness of lions.

Glory, and now:

To the Godhead and to the Holy Spirit: for all things are created, because Thou by Thy power dost keep them in Being and in Power.

Antiphon gá:

Trusteth in the Lord, as doth the mountain of the holy one: even as the boughs are moved by enemies.

In the lawlessness of my own hands may not the God-besotten live: for God hath not left His rod upon His own priest.

Glory, and now:

By the Spirit is wrought every wisdom: by all mercy the apostles, and by suffering the martyrs are crowned, and the prophets behold.
