Angelic powers stood by thy grave,
And watched o'er the dead:
And the Angel of Death stood at thy grave,
Seeking to find thy body.
Thou didst vanquish death, not being tempted by him:
Thou metest Him who giveth life.
Rise from the dead, O Lord, glory be to Thee.

Glory to Thee, O God, and to Thy Christ, and to Thy Holy Spirit, both now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

Blessed be thou, O Mother of God:
Thou didst come into the world of thine own free will,
Wearing a crown, to seek back Adam,
Saying unto the angels: Rejoice with me,
For I have found what was lost,
O Wise Artificer of our salvation, glory be to thee.

Therefore, by the stichoslovium we chant and serve God, and according to their rank: and the fiftieth psalm.
