O Lord, I have heard Thy voice, and I have feared: O Lord, I have understood Thy doings, and I have marveled.

Among two living ones knowledge shall be revealed to thee. When the year draweth nigh, thou shalt know: when the time cometh, thou shalt awake: when the soul of mine is troubled in wrath, pray for me thy mercy.

Covered be the heavens with thy goodness, and let the earth fulfilleth thy glory.

And his glory as the light; beams in his hands, and he hath set a strong love in the strength of his power.

Strysyasę gořy nŭždeju, i rastasya khólmi věčniĭ, šествyá věčnaŭ ihŭ.

For their toil I saw tents of Ethiopians dwelling and the dwellings of the people of Midian shall fall.

Є҆да̀ въ рѣка́хъ прогнѣ́ваешисѧ, гдⷭ҇и; є҆да̀ въ рѣка́хъ ꙗ҆́рость твоѧ̀; и҆лѝ въ мо́ри ѹ҆стремле́нїе твоѐ;

As everywhere Thou dost ride upon Thy horses, and Thy salvation is waited for.

Thou hast caused Thy rod to fall upon the nations, saith the Lord.

The earth shall be divided by rivers, they shall see Thee and sorrow.

Spreading forth its waters in procession: the abyss hath given voice to its own vision, and the heights have appeared as a spectacle.

Into the light of thy arrows shall go forth, in the glittering of thy lightning weapons.

By threatenings thou hast shriveled the earth, and by thy wrath thou hast subdued nations.

Having gone forth for the salvation of thy people, thou hast come, O anointed of the Lord, to save them.

Thou hast laid up the wicked in the hands of death, and hast raised up the despisers even unto the uttermost in the end.

Dividing in astonishment, heads of the mighty shall tremble; therein they shall spread their wings as one poor man secretly.

And Thou hast lifted up on the sea thy horses, smiting many waters.

And trembling entered into my bones, and my strength hath failed me.

Repose I in the day of my sorrow, that I may arise among the strangers of my coming.

Upon thee: For the fig tree hath not given her fruit, and shall no seed be in her branches.

Let it be done according to the will of Myrtle, and let not works be wrought vainly.

For the birds are solicitous concerning food, and yet there shall not be a care for their voices.

O Soul: The Lord My God is my strength: and He hath established my steps in perfection.

And exalteth me on high, to overcome me in psalms His own.

Glory, and now:
