Помышлѧ́ю де́нь стра́шный, и҆ пла́чꙋсѧ дѣѧ́нїй мои́хъ лꙋка́выхъ: ка́кѡ ѿвѣща́ю безсме́ртномꙋ цр҃ю̀; и҆лѝ ко́имъ дерзнове́нїемъ воззрю̀ на сꙋдїю̀, блꙋ́дный а҆́зъ; бл҃гоꙋтро́бный ѻ҆́ч҃е, сн҃е є҆диноро́дный, и҆ дш҃е ст҃ы́й, поми́лꙋй мѧ̀.
Thinking upon the dread day, I weep for my lawless deeds: how shall I appear before the immortal King; and I, the ungodly one, dare to look upon the Judge; O Merciful Mother, Ever-Virgin, and Thou, Holy Spirit, have mercy on me.

Thou lovest my soul with divine love, O Guardian of my soul, all-holy Angel: cover me and keep me from the snare of the crafty always, and guide me to life, enlightening and illuminating and strengthening me.
