With a blameless heart, Lord, behold my humility, for life my soul awaits and from deeds there is none for salvation. Therefore I pray: With a blameless heart, Lord, behold my humility, and save me.

Glory: As the Judge standing before, the soul prays and fears the dreadful hour of judgment: for the judgment is without respect of persons, not having been made by hands. O Soul, cry to Jesus Christ: Heart-searcher, I have sinned even before Thou didst judge me; have mercy on me.

Now: Thou, O Dreadful and Fearful and Unspotted Judge, in Thy Heart receivest the day and the hour, trembling as a leaf before Thee, judging deeds and works of wickedness; for I alone have sinned closely. Therefore with fear I fall down to Thee, praying grievously:

By thy many-praising prayers, save me.

O Lord, have mercy, and grant peace:

O Lord, Thou who livest on high and seest all with Thy holy eyes, we have bowed down our soul and body to Thee, and we pray Thee, O Holy One: stretch forth Thine invisible hand from Thy glorious abode and bless all.

Now. And if we have sinned against Thee willingly and unwillingly, O Good and Lover of Mankind God, forgive us, granting to us peace of Thy mercy. For Thine is the love and salvation of our Lord, and unto Thee do we send forth glory, Father, and Son, and Holy Spirit, now and ever.

And for ever and ever, Amen.
