Glory to the Lord, for His mighty resurrection.

God, being crucified, by the flesh seeing Thy countenance spreading fear: /
but with a sustaining hand for our sake, Thou art held firmly.

Pripyav: Dósla glávi, stómo voskřěnniyu tvoemyu.

Death by death hath been abolished lying in: /
for not enduring the breath of life, the holy one was pierced, /
and by a strong death it was slain, and granted to all resurrection.

Pripev: Prěstáje Theotokos, spasí nas.

Theotokos: God's own glory in Thy nativity surpasses all the ranks of nature; / for Thou, O pure one, didst conceive by the preeminent power of God, / and bearing forth didst remain ever two.

In the grave for three days lying,
Thou didst rise by Thy life-giving resurrection,
Before the dead and them that were in torment set free,
And with gladness and joy didst thou arise.
All deliverance came to Thee, crying out.

Glory to Thee, O Lord, our Risen Savior, / For Thou hast delivered us from the fire of hell and death, having been mighty, / And we acclaim Thee, saying: / There is no strength like Thine, O Lover of mankind.

Pripev: Prestáya Theotokos, spasí nas.

Крⷭ҇тобг҃оро́диченъ: Ты̀ ѿ тебѐ ро́ждшагосѧ ꙗ҆́кѡ ви́дѣла є҆сѝ ѹ҆ѧ́звлена копїе́мъ, / ѹ҆ѧзви́ласѧ є҆сѝ се́рдцемъ прест҃а́ѧ всенепоро́чнаѧ, / и҆ ѹ҆жаса́ющисѧ глаго́лала є҆сѝ: / что̀ тебѣ̀ воздадѐ, ча́до, наро́дъ пребеззако́нный;
Glory to God in the highest: Thou wast born of Thee, O City of God, because Thou didst behold with Thy pure heart pierced by a spear, / didst pierce Thy heart with Thy pure heart, and didst say in fear: / What shall I give, O child, to this people without law?

In. Priplěv: Prěstáje Theotokos, spasi nás.

Burnt and mortal my flesh, O All-holy God, by Thy power receiving with unspeakable joy, / And having made it incorruptible, Thou hast bound it for ever unto Thee.

Pripev: Prěstáje Theotokos, spasí nas.

God Incarnate, seeing Thee in the countenance of the Angels,
was struck with awe;
and as a Virgin, by voiceless hymns, doth Thou deign to be glorified.

Glory to Thee, and to Thy Son, and to Thy Holy Spirit.

Frightened I stood, beholding the vision given to Daniel on the high mountain, /
And a stone was cut out without hands: /
And the golden diadems, O God, crushed with mighty power.

And now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

Not the word of thy mortal flesh, / nor the tongue of two can praise worthily: / For from thee, without seed, / the Life-Bearer Jesus Christ was made incarnate, transcending, pleasing in will.

Kyathasia: Thee, O Theotokos, Thy hymnographers,
living and without envy, fount of life,
gathered together in Thy divine beauty,
in Thy most holy glory,
unto crowns of glory Thou hast been vouchsafed.

The Lord, have mercy. [Three times.]

With the prayers of our holy Mother, O Jesus Christ, God, have mercy on us, Amen.

Sedalen, glas Dě. Podoben: Voznesyysya na krát:

Moímë, Vlìkó Mlìtivé Spásye, / izbávi nàsъ ðvě́x vidimykhъ i nevidimykhъ vragъ, / i Inòpleménnykhъ naðoðdeníy, / i Vsyàkýchъ bě́dъ i smúščeníy, / prázdnuyútì vě́royu i lúbóvy býstvenno voßkreséniye Tvoé, / ðégòye rádi spodòbi nàsъ polúchiti / vě́chnyhъ blàgíxhъ nasládéníye.

Glory to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, and now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

Theotokos: Astonished was Joseph, seeing more than nature, and with mind perceived / how upon thy rainless conception, O Theotokos, the Spirit / kindled a fireproof flame, from the staff of Aaron moistened, / and the witness of thy baptism and guardian priest invoked: / Two thou begettest, and in harvest again by twain dost abide.
