Forasmuch as Thou, O Lord my God, /
exalt the horn of Thy faithful ones near Thee, /
and strengthen us upon the stones / of confession of Thyself.

Vespers: Glory to Thee, O Lord, for Thy resurrection glorify us.
God Thy suffering Body seeing countenance spreading fear: /
but by Thy sustaining Hand us for the sake of Thy being crucified firmly held be.
Vespers: Glory to Thee, O Lord, for Thy resurrection glorify us.
Death by death hath been abolished lying in the Spirit: / for not enduring the life of the body it doth wither away strongly, and giveth to all resurrection.
Pripev: Preshta bce, spsini nas.
The Theotokos: God's holy mystery surpasses all the ranks of nature; / for Thou, O Virgin, didst conceive by the preeminent will of God, / and bearing forth didst remain ever two.
Andron. Hymn: Glory to Thee, O Lord, for Thy merciful compassion and resurrection.
In the grave for three days lying,
Thou didst rise by Thy life-giving resurrection,
Before Thou wast dead and hadst been laid in the tomb.
And having overcome death with joyous gladness hast thou broken its bonds,
And deliverance hath come, crying out to Thee, O Lord.
Vespers: Glory to Thee, O Lord, for Thy merciful compassion and resurrection.
Glory to Thee, O Lord, our Resurrection, / For Thou hast saved us from the fire of hell and death, being Almighty, / And we sing: / There is no strength like unto Thine, O Lover of mankind.
Response: The Theotokos, save us.
Крⷭ҇тобг҃оро́диченъ: Ты̀ ѿ тебѐ ро́ждшагосѧ ꙗ҆́кѡ ви́дѣла є҆сѝ ѹ҆ѧ́звлена копїе́мъ, / ѹ҆ѧзви́ласѧ є҆сѝ се́рдцемъ прест҃а́ѧ всенепоро́чнаѧ, / и҆ ѹ҆жаса́ющисѧ глаго́лала є҆сѝ: / что̀ тебѣ̀ воздадѐ, ча́до, наро́дъ пребеззако́нный;
Glory to Thee, O City of God: For Thou wast born from Thee, O Virgin, by the pierced spear,
Thou wast pierced in heart, O pure-hearted One,
And trembling, thou spakest thus:
What shall I give, my child, to this people without law?
Andrei. Chant: Having lifted up Thyself, O Theotokos, save us.
Thou dost consume my corruptible flesh and mortal life, all-merciful God,
And with ineffable reception in Thy womb, Thou didst receive me,
And having made this incorruptible, didst unite it unto Thee for ever.
Response: The Theotokos, save us.
God Incarnate, beholding Thee in the countenance of the Angels, we were struck with awe; / and as a Virgin, Thou art glorified by unceasing hymns.
Glory to Thee, and to Thy Son, and to Thy Holy Spirit.
We were struck with fear, O Lord, at the vision of holy Daniel, / and behold, a stone was cut out without hands: / and the golden diadems, O God, crushed with mighty power.
And now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
Not can the word of thy mortal flesh,
Nor tongue of two exalt Thee worthy:
For from thee, without seed,
The life-bearer Jesus Christ was made flesh, transcending, blessed of will.
Thou, O Theotokos, Song of Thy Creatures,
Living and without envy, fount of life,
In thyself gathered together in perfect beauty,
In Thy most holy glory,
Wert crowned with the crown of glory.
O Lord, have mercy. [Three times.]
By the prayers of our holy Fathers, Jesus Christ, O Soul, have mercy on us, amen.
Sedalen, glas Dě. Podoben: Voznesyysya na krát:
We beseech Thee, O Master Merciful, preserve us from all visible and invisible enemies,
and from foreign encroachments,
and from every calamity and tribulation,
who hast celebrated the Resurrection of Thy Divine Body in faith and love,
through which Thou didst vouchsafe to grant us
the enjoyment of eternal bliss.
Glory to Thee, O God, and to Thy Christ, and to Thy Holy Spirit, both now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
Theotokos: Astonished was Joseph, beholding more than nature's sight, and with mind he pondered / how upon thy rainless conception, O Theotokos, the Spirit, / by an unquenchable flame, didst thou conceive a rod of Aaron's budding, / and this witness of thy circumcision and guardian priest invoked: / Thou bearest two, and again in harvest thou art twofold.
